金属波纹管刚性模高效胀压成形过程控制研究

【摘要】 刚性模胀压成形加工是一种重要的高效U形金属波纹管成形方法。但刚性模胀压成形的加工方法难以满足U形金属波纹管精度不断提高的要求。本文以实现刚性模高效胀压成形U形金属波纹管并保证加工精度为目标,对刚性模高效胀压成形加工的过程控制进行研究。(1)以HJ-500机械胀压式波纹管成形机为研究平台,分析影响高效成形的因素,揭示这些因素对加工成形精度的影响规律,明确基于高效成形的加工过程高精度控制的实现方法;(2)对刚性模胀压平台加工特性进行分析,推理出调整传动锥角进而增大机械传动比来提高加工速度时的系统负载阻力特性规律;使用有限元软件LS-DYNA对不同厚度管坯胀压过程进行仿真,分析出挤压过程中模片受到的阻力变化规律,进而确定不同厚度波纹管加工的匹配速度,并计算出胀压卸载后波纹管的回弹量,拟定基于高效精密成形的加工参量的数值;(3)拟定高效成形系统的控制方案,建立胀压平台驱动系统的数学模型,基于分析得出的加工参数,明确系统在负载变化干扰下实现的控制精度;(4)针对波纹管成形机系统存在的变负载、参数时变性、非线性等问题,使用Simulink软件编写S函数,设计指数趋近律模糊自适应滑模控制器,并进行仿真分析确定修正后的系统控制误差,验证经过控制器补偿控制误差后的位置控制系统具备良好的控制精度。

【Abstract】 The inflationary pressure forming processing of rigid mould is an important efficient U-shaped metal bellows processing method. But as the precision requirement of U shape metal bellows is continuous improved, the inflationary pressure forming processing of rigid mould can’t meet it. The U-shaped metal bellows’shaped processing through of rigid mould be realized and the processing accuracy be ensured are this paper’s goal. Processing precision in efficient rigid mould inflationary pressure processing method of U-shaped metal bellows is researched.(1) HJ-500mechanical inflationary pressure bellows forming machine is taken as research platform to analyze the impact of efficient forming factors, influence law of these factors to the accuracy of forming are revealed, that the implementation of shaping based on the efficient processing of high-precision control of are cleared;(2) The processing characteristics of the corrugated pipe forming machine is analyzed, the system load resistance characteristics of the law is cleared, when increasing the mechanical transmission system to improve the processing speed by adjusting the drive cone angle; Different thickness of the tube to squeeze pressure process is emulated by the finite element software LS-DYNA, The die resistance variation in the extrusion process is analysized, and thus the matching speed of processing of different thickness of the bellows is determined and the springback of bellows is calculated when squeeze uninstalled, The value of the processing parameters based on high-precision molding is drew;(3) Efficient forming system control program is developed, machine power system mathematical model is formed, the variation of processing parameters based on analysis is derived, the precision control system under load interference is clear maked;(4) For the problems of the time-varying, nonlinear of parameters in the corrugated pipe forming machine system, S function is wrote by using the Simulink software, Exponential reaching law fuzzy adaptive sliding mode controller is designed, and the revised system control error is determined by carrying out simulation analysis, the position control system is maked sure that having a good control accuracy after controllers compensate the control error.
