【摘要】 对农民的生态道德意识现状并对其进行教育引导在思想政治教育视域下的研究有现实意义。十七大以来,生态文明建设已经成为全面贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会的实践和升华。农村是中国经济社会的基础,没有农村的生态文明就没有整个社会的生态文明,就没有整个国家的生态文明。因此,提高农民的生态道德意识,积极推进新农村生态文明建设,是全面建设小康社会的必然要求,它关系到到和谐社会的构建,关系到科学发展观的落实,关系到新农村的构建。本文首先对农们的生态道德意识、内容及特点进行了定义、分析和解析,随后对农民就在生产、生活、经营、消费过程中的生态道德意识的现状进行了调查,调查结果显示,农民生态道德意识所存在以下几个方面的问题：缺乏生态道德的基本理念、缺乏生态道德的基本理念、缺失生态道德情感体验、缺少生态发展的自觉行为。这些问题存在的原因是多方面的,急功近利的生产经营心态、愚昧落后的生活习惯、社会生态道德意识教育的缺失和政府职能部门的管理失职则是其主要原因,随后又挖掘了农民生态道德意识的理论基础：我国传统“天人合一”观、马克思主义生态哲学、科学发展观与国民生态道德意识的教育理论、思想政治教育的生态价值理论,。我们要解决这个问题,就必须采取一系列措施。我们首先要确立引导农民生态道德意识的目标和原则,由于生态道德教育的特殊性和农民主体的特殊性,那么在对农民进行生态道德教育时要注意它的特殊性。要注意科学性原则、典型性原则、长期性原则、系统性原则多途径、多渠道共同教育原则。加强农民生态道德教育是加强思想道德教育的一个重要组成部分。这项工作是一项长期复杂的工作。需要全社会特别是教育部、宣传文化部、环保局和村委会等部门和社会团体一起来抓,群策群力。生态道德教育的内容包括：生态道德认识、生态道德情感、生态道德意识、生态行为习惯。理论教育法、隐性教育法、榜样示范法和激励方法是对农民进行生态道德教育的思想政治教育的主要方法。本文针对农民的特殊性对农民进行生态道德教育的基本途径进行了多方面的探索。总之培育农民的生态道德意识是一项长期而系统的工程,又是当前亟须策划启动的工作,需要全社会公民都来关注,都来践行,需要全社会的共同们努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ecological moral consciousness of peasant status quo and carries on the education in ideological and political education vision guided the research is of practical significance. Since the17th, the construction of ecological civilization has become the comprehensive implementation of the scientific development view, constructing the harmonious social practice and sublimation. Rural is China’s economic and social foundation, not rural ecological civilization is not the whole social ecological civilization, there is no the whole country’s ecological civilization. Therefore, improving farmers’ ecological moral consciousness, actively promote the new rural construction of ecological civilization is the comprehensive construction well-off society’s inevitable requirement, he related to the construction of the harmonious society, relates to the implementation of a scientific outlook on development, the construction of new rural areas related to.In this paper, first, the ecological fanning people moral consciousness and the content and features the definition, analysis and explanation of farmers, and then in production, life, the management, the process of consumer ecological moral consciousness on the current situation of investigation, the results showed that existing ecological moral consciousness farmers several aspects of the problem:lack of ecological ethics, lack of the basic concept of ecological ethics of basic idea, ecological moral emotional experience, lack of lack of ecological development of conscious act. These problems reason is various, the production and operation of eager mind, ignorance and backwardness, and living habits, social ecology moral consciousness education and of the loss of the management of the functions of the government sector is the main reason for negligence, then dug for farmers the theoretical basis of the ecological moral consciousness, China’s traditional "nature and humanity" view, marxist ecological philosophy, the scientific development view and the national ecological moral consciousness education theory, the ideological and political education, the ecological value theory. We must solve this problem, we must adopt a series of measures.We first have to establish ecological moral consciousness lead farmers goal and the principle of ecological moral education, because the particularity of the particularity of farmers and subject to farmers, so in ecological moral education to the particularity of attention to it. Should pay attention to scientific principle, typicality principle, the principle of long-term principle, systematic education much way, multi-channel common principle. Strengthen moral education is to strengthen farmers ecological moral education important constituent. This work is a long-term complex work. Need to whole society of ministry of education, culture, especially propaganda bureau and village committee and other departments and social groups together to grasp, pools. Ecological moral education content includes:ecological moral cognition, ecological moral emotion, ecological moral consciousness, ecological habits. The recessive education, the education law, the theory model demonstration method and incentives for farmers to ecological ethics is the education of ideological and political education’s main method.
