【摘要】 临沂作为新亚欧大陆桥东部桥头堡的重要城市,改革开放以来,随着对外交流的日益频繁与水平、层次的提高,社会各项事业取得了长足的发展。近些年来,全球经济一体化的深入、国内国外竞争环境纷繁复杂,并时时刻刻处在动态变化之中,这都对临沂发展提出了更高的要求。特别是作为山东半岛蓝色经济区建设和鲁南经济带规划中的主要城市,能否拥有强大城市综合竞争力和发展后劲、潜力和前景,是能否在世界经济潮流对可持续发展、知识经济要求越来越高的背景下取胜的关键和决定性因素。在这样的形势下,研究临沂的城市竞争力是十分必要和迫切的。因此,希望通过本课题的研究,了解临沂市城市竞争力的现状、水平,总结竞争力发展的过程中所具有的优势、劣势以及机遇和挑战,从而为提升竞争力提出科学、合理、可行的策略。在研究方法上,采用综合评价法,在借鉴国内外学者成果的基础上,构建了城市竞争力评价指标体系,并且选取10个对比城市。通过收集数据进行定量分析对临沂提升城市竞争力进行SWOT分析,并以国家及临沂市十二五规划为指导思想,提出提升临沂城市竞争力的具体对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Linyi city-as the eastern bridgehead of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge,with the increasingly frequent foreign exchange,the level of every socal undertakings has achieved rapid development since the reform and opening up. In recent years, in the environment of domestic and foreign competition global economic integration and changes has deepened and always in the dynamic state, these all has put forward higher requirements for development of Linyi in recent years.Especially in major cities of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and Lunan Economic Zone,the level of its urban comprehensive strength is an important factor of its ability to obtain the winning construction,while the city’s comprenhensive competitiveness and potential competitiveness,decided the citystaying power,potential and prospects of development in the context of world economic trends,sustainable developmeng,knowledge-based economy requires more and more high potentia city competitiveness is the decisive factor for sustainable development of the impact of urban economic and social undertakings. In such circumstances,the research of Linyi’s potential city competitiveness is very necessary and urgent.Therefore,I hope through the research to understand the status of the potential urban competitiveness of Linyi city,then recognizing its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.Accordingly,search a scientific,reasonable and feasible strategy to enhance the potential competitieness.This essay mainly takes quantitative method,and sometimes uses qualitative method instead.On the basis of the research of domestic and foreign scholars,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of city competitiveness,and selects10comparison cities,with the help of the method of comprehensive evaluation.Through data analysis and SWOT analysis,we put forward the policy recommendations to enhance Linyi’s city competitiveness,leading by the Twelveth Five Year Plan of national and Linyi City.更多还原
