基于B/S结构的飞行员综合管理系统

【摘要】 随着计算机及网络技术的不断发展,在民航业应用现代科技实现民航信息化成为了民航发展的必然趋势。根据飞行安全监督和管理实际需求,为解决在飞行员管理中利用传统方法所存在的不便和不足,提高飞行安全,降低飞行事故,本文提出了基于B/S结构的飞行人员综合管理平台的设计方案。该系统采用现在最先进的浏览器/服务器(B/S)三层体系结构应用模式,整个系统架构在.Net平台之上,采用基于asp.net的服务器IIS开发,运用vs2008的应用开发框架可以充分的保证系统的安全性。数据库采用MICROSOFT SQLSERVER2000大型数据库管理相关资料数据。本系统可根据需要可在互联网上访问和应用,不受用户数和站点的限制。飞行人员综合管理平台内容丰富,涵盖范围广,包括网上飞行员基本信息管理,飞行员训练管理,飞行员体检信息管理,飞行不安全事件管理,飞行员综合信息分析,公告管理,公文管理等八大功能模块。该系统所提供的信息及时、准确,具有时效性。相关监察员和局方领导无论在家里还是出差还是在办公室都能通过本系统及时准确的了解到所关心的信息,不受地区、时间的限制,自动汇总和分析飞行相关信息,使监察员能够及时的发现安全问题和隐患,加强飞行安全管理,提高飞行安全的持续性。该系统的开发体现了信息化管理的先进性,对于飞行安全管理有着极大的提高,提高了监察员的办事效率,提高了各种飞行员飞行信息的准确性,监察员通过本系统不仅能够发现目前的安全问题,还能够通过本系统的分析,发现未来将会出现的各种安全隐患,防患于未然。目前整个项目已经开发完成并在整个西南管理局飞标处和相关处室使用,系统的各项功能和性能均达到了设计的要求,系统运行状况良好,获得了用户的一致好评,该项目正在整个管理局和监管局推广应用。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the computer and network technology, there is anew necessary trend to apply the modern science technology in civil aviationinformation construction. According to the requirement of flight safety and practicalmanagement request, we propose the design project of the pilots comprehensivemanagement platform based on B.S construction. The system is designed to solve thedifficulty and inconvenience in traditional way, improve safety, and relieve inspectors’fatigue.The system uses the most advanced Browserver three layer application model, NETPlatform, based on asp.net and IIS development application server. The safety of thesystem is guaranteed by the advanced vs2008frame. We select the MICROSOFT SQLSERVER2000to manage the data. The system can be accessed and applied on wwwwithout any limitation of the number of users and sites.The content of the pilots comprehensive management platform System is rich andwidely, which includes network pilots basic data, pilots training, pilots physicalexamination, flights insecurity accident management, pilots comprehensive informationanalysis, bulletin and files management, etc. All the information being provided in thesystem is timely and exact. Whether in flight department or at home or on business trip,the authorized inspectors can login the system and get relevant information without theregion and time limit. At the same time, the system can collect and analyse the wrongquestion, which can help the inspectors learn the safety problem timely and improve theflight safety management and enhance the continuous safety.The system embodies the modernlization of information management, improvesflight safety and inspector’s effeciency, enhances accuracy of flight information.Moreover, inspector could detect present safety problem and also prevent the potentialdanger which might happen in the future by the analysis of this system.The whole project has already been finished and it runs in south west management bureau flight standard office and relevant office now. The function and performance ofthis system have reached the design demand, and it runs well and is well received byusers. It is being applied to all management bureau and monitor bureau.
