网上党校学习系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 干部教育培训是建设高素质干部队伍的基础性、先导性、战略性工程。近年,中山市紧紧围绕“加快转型升级,建设幸福中山”的目标,多方位多角度开展干部教育培训工作。然而,不断发展中的干部培训工作仍面临教育资源不足、工学矛盾等突出问题。为进一步拓宽培训渠道,中山市委决定建设“在线干部学习平台”,为广大干部自主选学构建新的平台。目前,国内只有上海、广州等少数经济发达地区进行交互式的干部教育培训信息系统的研究和应用,并取得了一定成效,但仍存在不足,如系统缺乏完善的教务、管理、统计等功能。因此,利用信息化手段进行干部教育和管理仍是当前研究热点。根据中山干部培训的实际需求,开发了网上党校学习系统,该系统集教、学、考、管功能于一体,并获得2009年广东省教育部产学研结合项目立项支持,项目成果将首先在中山市委党校推广应用。论文介绍了国内外网络教育信息化建设的现状,技术发展趋势,以及系统开发中涉及的基本理论和应用的相关技术。根据干部教育培训的特点,深入剖析了网上党校学习系统各方面的需求,确立了系统开发采用B/S网络体系结构,MVC三层软件设计模式,以及迭代和递增的软件开发模式,并对系统功能结构作了详细说明。同时,从系统的功能实现、数据库物理表、网站页面层次结构、模型视图应用框架等方面对系统开发中在线学习、后台管理、流媒体视频点播、系统权限管理等子系统的设计方案和实现方法进行了详细论述。此外,运用Junit、LoadRunner等工具对系统进行了单元、功能和压力测试,测试结果符合设计要求。网上党校学习系统基于J2EE平台,采用XML、Ajax、Javascript、流媒体等技术开发。系统能支持3000用户同时在线,1000用户同时进行视频学习,500用户同时进行即时交流,实现了信息发布、课程管理、人员管理、视频播放、试题发布、考核管理、调查评价等功能。网上党校满足了广大的党员干部通过互联网自主学习的需求,同时也对党校提高办公效率,实现资源共享起了重要作用。论文最后对系统的研究和开发作了总结,并就优化系统建模模型,使之适应更多的变化需求,扩展学习系统功能,进一步提高系统的安全性和负载均衡性等方面,对系统未来规划建设、推广应用和实施优化进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Cadres educational training is the basis, guiding and strategic projects for theconstruction of highly qualified cadres. In recent years, Zhongshan closely center onthe target " Speed up transformation and upgrading, Construct happy Zhongshan",carry out multi-angle and multi-faceted education trainings of cadres. However, thecontinuous development training of cadres is still facing shortage of educationalresources, engineering contradition and other outstanding problems. To further broadenthe training channel, Zhongshan City Committee decided to build a new "onlinelearning platform of cadres" for the cadres to select learning independently. At present,only Shanghai, Guangzhou and a few other economically developed areas make theresearch and application on information systems of interactive cadres educationaltraining. Some success have been achieved, but there are still insufficient, for example,the system lacks of a sound academic, management, statistical and other functions.Therefore, the use of information technology tools for cadres education andmanagement is still the focus of current research. According to the actual needs ofZhongshan cadre training, an online learning system of Party School was developed.The system includes teaching, learning, test, management. It received the support ofGuangdong combination project in2009, project results will be first applicated inZhongshan Civic Committee Party School.This thesis introduces the present state of domestic and international networkeducation informatization construction, technology trends and the related technologiesof basic theory and application on system development. According to thecharacteristics of educational training of cadres, the needs of online learning system ofthe Party School is analyzed in depth. The system is developed by using B/S networkarchitecture, MVC three-tier software architecture, as well as iterative and incrementalsoftware development model. The system function structure is also discussed in thisthesis.Meanwhile, from the realization of the system function, the physical databasetable, web page hierarchy, model view application framework and other aspects, thedesign and implementation of online learning, backstage management, streaming video on demand, rights management and other subsystems in system development arediscussed in detail. In addition, Junit, LoadRunner and other tools are used to test theunit, function and stress of the system, the test results meet the design requirements.Online Party School learning system is developed based on J2EE platform withXML, Ajax, Javascript, streaming media and other technologies. The system cansupport3000users online simultaneously,1000users for video learning,500users tocommunicate with each other at the same time, and perform the functions of theinformation release, curriculum management, personnel management, video playback,test publishing, assessment management, investigation and evaluation. Online PartySchool meets the needs of Party members and cadres self-learning via the Internet,improves office efficiency of Party School, and is of great significance in sharingresources.Finally, this thesis summarizes the research and development of system, and looksforward to optimizing the system model to adapt more changing needs, expandinglearning system functions to further improve system security and load balance, and thefuture planning construction, application and implementation optimization of system.
