新型燃烧系统的燃气灶具设计与实现

【摘要】 目前,燃气灶具的燃烧系统主要采用三类燃烧方法:1)扩散式燃烧:将管口喷出的燃气点燃进行燃烧,如果燃气中不含氧化剂,则燃烧所需的氧气将依靠扩散作用从周围大气获得,这种燃烧方式称扩散式燃烧,但其燃烧易产生煤烟,燃烧温度也相当低。2)大气式燃烧:预先混入一部分燃烧所需空气,强化燃烧、提高火焰温度,也即部分预混式燃烧。燃烧可靠、稳定。3)完全预混式燃烧:在大气式燃烧基础上发展起来,燃气和空气在着火前预先按化学当量混合均匀,设置专门的火道,使燃烧区内保持稳定的高温,即可形成完全预混式燃烧,但其火焰稳定性较差。鉴于以上燃烧方法的原理及特点,本燃烧系统采用大气式燃烧方法,结合采用大气式燃烧的方法设计分段式且可独立调节的大气式燃烧系统,燃烧系统的整个设计分为三个部分:引射器设计、阀体设计和燃烧头部设计。1)引射器设计:三通道设计,满足燃烧头部的气体混合和压力需要;2)阀体设计:结合引射器设计三出口阀体,其中一个出气口为点燃后常开的小火头部,另外两个出气口对应外环头部分割后的双通道,并且两个出气口在可以单独控制进气,以实现在小负荷燃烧时的供气,保证燃烧火焰高度不变。3)燃烧头部设计:外环头部分割出两条独立的供气通道,供气分别从中心和外圈供给,中心头部单独通道,从而实现分段燃烧。
【Abstract】 At present, the gas stove’s combustion system using three types of combustion:1)The diffusion combustion: gas nozzle to ignite combustion, if the gas does not containoxidants, oxygen needed for combustion will rely on diffusion fromthe surroundingatmosphere, the combustion that diffusion combustion, but its combustion is easy toproduce soot, the combustion temperature is quite low.2) Atmospheric burners:Pre-mixed part of the combustion air needed for enhanced combustion, increase theflame temperature, ie, partially premixed combustion. Combustion reliable and stable.3) Complete pre-mixed combustion: developed on the basis of atmospheric burners,gas and air before ignition pre-mixed chemical equivalent, set up a dedicated flue, thecombustion zone to maintain a stable high temperature to form a completely pre-mixedcombustion, but the flame is less stable.In view of the principle and characteristics of the above combustion, thecombustion system using atmospheric burners, combined with atmospheric burnersdesigned segmented and individually adjustable air combustion system, the entiredesign of the combustion system is divided into three parts:ejector design, body designand combustion head design.1)Ejector design: three-channel design to meet the gasmixture and pressure of the combustion head;2)Body design: combined ejector threeexport body, one normally open outlet lit a small fire head, the other two outletcorresponds to the dual channel segmentation of the outer ring of the head, and twooutlet can be individually controlled air intake in order to achieve low load combustionair supply to ensure that the combustion flame height constant.3)Combustion headdesign: the outer ring the head split to two separate supply channels, gas supply, thecenter the head of a separate channel from the center and outer supply, in order toachieve staged combustion.
