中物科技集团协同办公平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着Web技术的迅速普及，Internet／Intranet以其特有的跨平台、统一美观的界面、简单的操作给计算机技术乃至整个人类带来了新的革命,优秀的办公自动化(OA)系统将是企事业单位迈进数码时代的基石。协同办公平台是一套兼具企业信息门户、知识管理、数据中心、工作流管理、人力资源管理、客户与合作伙伴管理、项目管理、财务管理、资产管理功能的协同商务平台，是一个数字化的企业应用环境，真正让公司所有的信息都在一个平台上管理，解决信息孤岛问题。中物技术协同办公平台整合先进的信息技术和管理理念，全面贯通信息流、工作流和知识流，为中物技术构建起强大的网络办公平台，建立高效的群体运行机制。本文通过对办公自动化系统应用的现状分析，介绍了协同办公平台发展趋势，论述了四川中物科技集团有限责任公司的协同办公平台开发过程。根据系统特点，以实际情况为背景，建立了用例模型，描述系统的功能需求；分析了开发过程中的任务和步骤，完成了系统分析；分析了设计阶段的任务和步骤，建立设计模型，为系统选择了开发平台，讨论了系统的体系结构，设计出模块类模型和数据库结构；在实现阶段，建立了物理模型，分析了关键方案技术，以公文管理为例说明实现了办公自动化开发过程，讨论了界面设计和实现，最终实现了办公自动化系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Office automation evolved from the traditional "the document processor" to"office portal","work flow" and "knowledge factory". In this time, collaborative workplatform is the core part of the solution, mainly deal with branch offices of large andmedium-sized enterprises and government units. Main effect is the headquarters of thecountry and the branches of the connection to unified, in order to regulate the systemof all the staff numbers. Leadership at any point can control, monitor enterpriseoperation, so as to improve the management, risk prevention purpose. At the same timeuse office platform as a collaborative information platform, make all kinds ofinformation data be shared, reduce information islands, give full function ofinformation system.Software systems development is a project must be based on engineering methodsof software engineering, must pass through analysis, design, realization, testing,maintenance, and a series of software life cycle stage.This article analyzes the present situation of the application of office automationsystem, introduces the development trend of collaborative work platform, discusses thecollaborative work platform development process of China academy of engineeringphysics group Co., ltd. According to the characteristics of the system, the actualsituation as the background, established the use case model, description of thefunctional requirements of the system. Analyzes the phase in the process of thecompletion, completed of the system analysis. Analyzes the design phase of themission and steps, to establish a design model, the choice for system developmentplatform, and discusses the system structure, the design of the module and databasestructure model. In implementation, a physical model, as a example for the realizationof office automation development process analyzed the key technical scheme to loginand personal management, discusses the interface design and implementation, andfinally achieve the office automation system.更多还原
