社区治安信息服务平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着城市化进程的不断加快，城市社区作为城市居民的共居单元，其管理工作也变得越来越繁杂。尤其是大量流动人口的流入，使得社区治安管理工作不能及时、有效的服务于社区的居民。本文在深入调研的基础上，结合某社区的实际情况，探索运用信息技术手段，解决当前社区治安管理工作所面临的诸多问题，使社区治安管理更好的服务于社区居民的日常生活。论文工作的内容如下：深入社区治安管理部门调研，收集并整用户需求，基于需求分析的结果，给出了社区治安信息化建设的方案。方案提出采用ASP.NET技术，结合SQL Server数据库，在Visual Studio平台上，实现基于B/S三层架构的社区治安信息服务系统。基于该技术方案，论文工作取得的成果有：设计并实现了一个社区人口信息管理子系统，该子系统可以完成对社区流动人口、常住人口和重点人口的管理工作；设计并开发了一个地理信息管理子系统，该系统提供了对社区交通环境、基础设施定位查询的功能应用，从而方便社区居民的交通出行；实现了一个案件信息管理子系统，通过该系统可以对社区发生的案件进行跟踪管理，方便治安管理人员的日常工作。该系统经过了功能测试和性能测试，验证了系统的各项功能已达到了系统的需求规格指标。按方案开发的社区治安信息服务平台，由于采用了三层架构，各功能模块相互独立，又协调工作，增强了系统的灵活性和适应性，体现了软件工程“高内聚、低耦合”的设计思想。目前，该社区治安信息服务平台已在某社区派处所正式上线运行，状态良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerating urbanization, the city community as the city residents moldunit, the management also become more and more complex. Especially large inflows offloating population, makes community public security management job not timely,effective service in the community. Based on thorough investigation, based on study ofthe actual situation of a community, explore use information technology means, to solvethe current community public security management work the many problems thatconfront the community public security management better service to the communityresidents of everyday life. The content of the paper work are as follows:Public security management department investigation into the community, collectand the whole user needs, based on the results of the requirement analysis, and gives theinformatization construction of community policing schemes. Plan put forward by useof the asp.net technology, combined with SQL Server database in Visual Studioplatform, the realization based on B/S three layer structure of the community policinginformation service system. Based on the technical scheme, paper work achievementshave: design and implementation of a community population information managementsubsystem, the subsystems can complete the floating population to the community, theresident population and key management of the population; Design and develop ageographic information management subsystem, the system provides to the communitythe traffic environment, infrastructure positioning the function of inquires application,which makes it easy to community residents of transportation; Implements a caseinformation management subsystem, through the system can happen to the communityof case tracking management, public security management personnel for daily work.This system has been function test and performance testing to verify the system eachfunction has reached the requirements specification index system.According to the plan of the development community public security informationservice platform, with three layer structure, the function module independent, andcoordinate work, improves the system’s flexibility and adaptability, reflected thesoftware engineering "high cohesion and low coupling" design thought.
