【摘要】 目的：探讨新血府逐瘀软胶囊对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病，CHD）患者血瘀征象及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）的影响。方法：选取80例中医辨证血瘀证冠心病患者随机分为实验组与对照组，每组40例，对照组予常规西药治疗，实验组在西药治疗的基础上加服新血府逐瘀软胶囊，于服药前及服药4周后，观察两组治疗前后血瘀征象、心绞痛症状计算有效率，并检测血清VEGF、bFGF水平。结果：两组治疗后血瘀征象均较前改善，心绞痛症状较治疗前好转，实验组总有效率高于对照组。两组治疗后VEGF、bFGF水平均明显提高（P<0.05）；实验组水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：新血府逐瘀软胶囊可改善冠心病患者血瘀征象及心绞痛症状，升高血VEGF、bFGF水平，提示其可能通过促进冠脉侧枝循环建立，改善心肌供血，治疗冠心病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of new Xuefu zhuyu soft capsule on the Signsof Blood Stasis and the levels of VEGF and bFGF in the Coronary Heart Disease.Method80cases of CHD were randomly divided in to a treatment group and acontrol group40cases in each one. In control group, the conventional westernmedicine was applied. In treatment group, on the basis of the treatment ascontrol group, the modified xuefu zhuyu capsule was added. The medication wasadministered for four weeks in two groups. Before and after treatment the signso f blood stasis were observed and levels were determined in two groups. ResultAfter treatment, the signs of blood stasis were relieved in either group, Thetotal effective rate in treatment group is obviously higher than that incontrol group.After treatment,the level of VEGF and bFGF in both groups wereobviously higher than before (P <0.05); compared with the control group aftertaking medicine, the treatment group after taking medicine has a obvioushigher level of VEGF and bFGF (P <0.05). Conclusion New Xuefu zhuyu softcapsule can relieves the signs o f blood stasis and elevate the levels of serumVEGF, bFGF, facilitating the building of the subordinate circulatory systemof coronary.
