针刺照海穴对健康人脑电地形图变化的研究

【摘要】 目的:通过脑电地形图仪持续观察针刺照海穴在不同时段对身体健康的年轻人脑电图的变化情况,讨论针刺照海穴对脑电地形图的影响以及时间相关性,为临床针刺照海穴治疗失眠症提供依据。方法:随机选取60名健康的青年志愿者,其中男32名,女28名,年龄在18到30岁之间,既往无脑血管及神经系统疾病,无吸烟饮酒史及晕针史,检测之前志愿者无身体不适及服药史。在安静的环境下进行脑电地形图的首次筛选,将志愿者划分为A、B两组,其中A组为a波优势人群(34人),B组为β波优势人群(26人)。受试者采取坐位,针刺受试者双侧照海穴,采用平补平泻手法,均匀的、小幅度的捻转提插,频率为2次/秒,以受试者得气(酸、麻、胀、重)为度。分别于针刺前、针刺得气时、留针30分钟(出针)、取针后15分钟(针刺45分钟)四个时间点观察脑电地形图的变化,并且记录a波和p波各区域频率、波幅、调幅调节的变化并进行统计学分析结果:1.针刺双侧照海穴,在针刺30分钟时、取针后15分钟,枕区a波频率均较前明显降低,并且P<0.05。2.针刺双侧照海穴,在针刺30分钟时、取针后15分钟,枕区a波波幅较均较前明显增加(P<0.05)。3.针刺双侧照海穴,针刺整个过程中,及取针后15分钟,枕区β波的波幅及频率无明显变化,且P>0.05,无统计学意义结论:1.针刺照海穴,且留针可以显著的增加枕区a波波幅,并月.具有显著的后遗效应。2.针刺照海穴,且留针可以显著的降低枕区a波的频率,并且有一定的后遗效应。3.针刺照海穴,针刺整个过程中,枕区β波的波幅、频率无明显改变,经统计学处理结论无意义。

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the brain electrical topographic map instrument according to the continuous observation acupuncture point in different time the health of young people change of BETP, acupuncture point as the sea to discuss the influence of the brain electrical activity maps and correlation time, for clinical acupuncture point ZHAO HAI provides the basis for the treatment of insomnia.Methods:Random selection60healthy young volunteers, the male of32, female28, aged between18and30, always no cerebrovascular disease and diseases of the nervous system, have no smoking and drinking histories, have no faintng during acupuncture treatment history, before test without body unwell and volunteers medication history. In a quiet environment of brain electrical activity maps first screening, volunteers will be divided into A, B two groups, one group A for alpha advantage groups (34), group B for beta waves advantage the crowd (26).Participants take seat, acupuncture subjects as the sea bilateral hole, using the normal technique, uniform, small range of fine twined in turn carry, frequency to2/seconds. The subjects had to acid, hemp, bilge, heavy feeling for criterion In acupuncture, acupuncture before respectively have feeling, acupuncture30minutes, take the needle15minutes later, four time point observation brain electrical topographic map changes, and record an alpha and beta waves regional frequency, amplitude, the change of the am adjusting and statistical analysis.Results:1.Acupuncture point ZHAOHAI of bilateral, acupuncture in30minutes, take the needle15minutes later, the occipital area alpha frequency the previous reduced significantly, and P<0.05.2Acupuncture point ZHAOHAI of bilateral, acupuncture in30minutes, take the needle15minutes later, the occipital area a bobo picture is the previous significantly increased, P<0.05.3Acupuncture point ZHAOHAI of bilateral, acupuncture the whole process, and take the needle15minutes later, the occipital area of the amplitude and frequency beta waves are no change, and P>0.05, no statistical significance.Conclusion:1Acupuncture point ZHAOHAI just retaining the needle can significantly increases the occipital in a amplitude, and has significant possibly effect.2Acupuncture point ZHAOHAI just retaining the needle can significantly reduce the occipital in alpha frequency, and has certain possibly effect.3Acupuncture point ZHAOHAI acupuncture the whole process, the occipital in beta waves of the amplitude, frequency no significant change, after statistics processing conclusion meaningless.
