基于实时以太网技术的LabVIEW测控平台的研究

【摘要】 当前,在测控平台研究领域中,实时以太网技术和虚拟仪器技术起着举足轻重的作用。实时以太网技术克服了传统现场总线的缺点,已经成为现场总线技术发展的新阶段,虚拟仪器技术推动了人机界面更快更好的建立。本文构建了基于实时以太网技术的LabVIEW测控平台,并给出了基于该平台的开发实例。论文首先回顾了测控平台的发展历程,得出了测控平台现存的不足之处,针对这些不足之处,提出了构建了基于实时以太网技术的LabVIEW测控平台的方案。论文介绍了测控平台的相关概念,对测控平台进行功能需求分析。依据现代测控平台所需实现的各项测控功能,对其总体架构、硬件结构和软件方案分别进行了研究与分析。论文分析了LabVIEW语言的相关特点及利用其进行程序设计的大体流程,分析了动态链接库DLL的内在机制以及编写方法,介绍在LabVIEW环境下DLL的创建与应用。继而从程序编写方面展开对基于LabVIEW的EtherMAC驱动集成模块的研究,并将这些驱动模块应用于测控平台程序的设计中。LabVIEW环境下的多线程以及多任务机制是LabVIEW语言的一大特点,论文分析了在本测控平台上多任务机制的实现方法。基于对测控平台的功能分析,对测控平台的电机控制模块、机床回零模块与数据存储模块展开研究,完成测控平台在LabVIEW下模块化、系统化的实现。最后在上述理论基础上,论文将此测控平台应用到淬火工艺中。基于EtherMAC运动控制平台,使用图形化语言LabVIEW,设计淬火测控系统,使其具备了良好的人机界面,并实现电机控制、I/O控制、模拟量控制、数据采集和数据保存等功能,满足了实际生产的需求。

【Abstract】 At present, Real-time Ethernet technology and Virtual Instrument plays an important role. Real-time Ethernet technology copes out the drawback of the traditional field-bus and has become the new stage of development of the field-bus, virtual instrument technology promotes the establishment of of human-machine interface. The thesis proposes the LabVIEW measurement and control platform based on Real-time Ethernet technology and provides an example based on that platform.The development of measurement and control platform is reviewed, and derived the inadequacies. For these deficiencies, we proposed to build a program that about LabVIEW measurement and control platform based on Real-time Ethernet technology.The thesis introduces the related concept of measurement and control platform, the functional requirements analysis is done for platform. On the basis of the measurement and control functions of the platform, the overall architecture, hardware and software solutions were carried out research and analysis.The thesis analyses the relevant features and the general programming process of the LabVIEW, the internal mechanism and the preparation of the dynamic link library is resolved, and the process that how to create a DLL in LabVIEW is introduced. The EtherMAC driver module that based on LabVIEW is studied form the program, and the driver module is used in the design of the measurement and control platform.The multi-threaded and multi-tasking mechanism is a major feature in the LabVIEW language, the thesis analysis the implementation of the multi-tasking mechanism on the measurement and control platform. Based on the functional analysis, the motor control module, machine back to the zero module and data storage module is researched, and complete the implementation of the modular and systematic LabVIEW platform.Finally, use the above mentioned platform to develop a measurement and control platform about quenching. Based on EtherMAC and LabVIEW, the quenching platform has a good user interface, and the function includes motor control, I/O control, analog control, data acquisition and date preservation. The system fulfills the production requirements and works stably, verifying the correctness and feasibility of the theory.
