【摘要】 《黄海潮报》于1931年8月1日创办于山东威海,是英国政府交还威海卫后,国民党当局主办的报纸。该报历经近七年,详细记载了此间的国事民情,形式包括消息、通讯、评论等,兼有文艺副刊。1938年日军入侵威海时停刊。《黄海潮报》对国民政府收复威海后在本地的建设、宣传和知识普及等工作起了重要作用。论文基于山东省图书馆所藏《黄海潮报》报纸资料,对该报的内容、形态、发展等方面作出分析。首先介绍了收复威海这一报纸创办的历史背景；第二部分涉及报纸的发行、办报理念、版面设置、采编状况等方面,分别进行概括性描述；第三部分以报纸的要闻、本市新闻、各地通讯三个新闻版面为研究对象,分析归纳其特点；第四部分对报纸副刊作了分别研究,并与主编的个人特点相联系,详细阐述该报副刊的风格和本地化特色；第五部分以广告与图片为重点,以期反映报纸在新闻以外的内容设置和编辑水平；第六部分则从对日本入侵的态度这一角度切入,综合全部报纸信息,从另一视角审视作为国民党地方党报的《黄海潮报》在风云变幻的国内外局势中立场的转变,以及体现出来的民间舆论氛围和本地知识分子的思想动态；第七部分是关于本报的延伸探索,简要分析了同期其他报纸的发展情况,并从《黄海潮报》与《威海日报》的一场纠纷中观察当时威海报业的竞争局而；最后,综合前文分析,探讨《黄海潮报》的影响与现实意义,以作总结。论文在这样的框架之下,依托原始报纸文本,并与相关年代的历史语境相联系,将文献分析、内容分析等方法交叉运用,对报纸内容作了详细的分析和阐述,揭示了收复威海初期,《黄海潮报》在城市建设中发挥的积极作用,对国民党在本地的统治产生的帮助和影响,及其思想和发展中的的局限性等,从而折射出1930年代威海报业的特点,反映国民党地方党报的办报水平,同时为威海乃至胶东地区建国前的新闻史、地方史作出补充,提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Huanghaichao News was established in Weihai on1st, August,1931, ran by the Kuomintang. During about7years’time, it kept reporting news of China and abroad, by the forms of news, comments, and other literary supplements. The Japanese army invaded Weihaiwei in1938, then Huanghaichao News ceased publication. Weihaiwei is no longer a British leased territory since1st, October,1930. After the handing-over ceremony, the Kuomintang government did much work of reconstruction, management and propaganda there, and Huanghaichao News played an important role in that.This thesis is based on the collection of Huanghaichao News, thus to analyze the contents, forms, development, etc. The first part is to introduce the background. The second one summarizes the operation, beliefs, publication of Huanghaichao News. The third part mainly focuses on the important news, local news and national news. In the forth part, we analyze some supplements. The fifth part looks into advertisement and pictures. The sixth part relates the paper’s standpoint of Japan’s invasion. The seventh part describes the journalism development status of Weihai at that time, and reviews a dispute between Huanghaichao News and Weihai Daily. Last, by synthesizing all the analysis, we confer the influence and realistic significance of Huanghaichao News.Literature search and content analysis are used in this thesis.
