输电杆塔监测装置研究

【摘要】 安全生产是电力企业永恒的主题,一旦电网出现故障,停电区域的工农业生产将完全停止,而电力安全事故绝大多数是由于输电网络的倒塔、断线等造成的。输电网络分散,区域跨度大,基本延伸到了每一个角落,一般处在高山,河流等地质环境复杂的区域,仅靠电力系统的巡线人员去定期巡检,将会浪费大量的人力物力,且不可能取得好的效果。城市边上的输电走廊会因为车辆来往频繁,而极易受到撞击;处于野外区域的输电设备会因为地质和气象环境复杂,而极易发生杆塔倾斜、线路舞动、杆塔振动、杆塔覆冰等险情。本文基于这一前提背景,通过查阅大量国内外相关专业文献资料,并借鉴现有的成套输电设备在线监测装置,设计了一套针对输电杆塔运行工况的监测装置。本论文研制的输电杆塔在线监测装置通过采集输电杆塔倾斜信息、输电杆塔运行现场的气象信息、输电杆塔振动信息、塔基应变信息以及输电杆塔区域内的视频和图像文件,在现场区域中心基站对数据进行临时简单的汇总处理分析后,使用无线GPRS/3G网络传输到远程的电网监控中心。电力部门的工作人员可以根据输电杆塔监测系统提供的诸如图表、文字、波形以及视频和图像等分析结果,来及时安排对有故障隐患的输电杆塔进行有针对性的状态检修,这样可以避免电力部门普遍采用的定期巡检制度而导致漏掉故障和过度检修。变定期检修为状态检修,不仅可以减少巡线频率降低电力巡线人员的工作强度,更重要的是由于有监测装置提供的输电杆塔运行工况分析结果,可以对故障杆塔的故障点、故障源以及破坏方式进行快速的定位与分析,进而使检修人员及时地对输电杆塔故障进行排除,对影响电网安全运行的事故进行有效地预防,保证国民经济运行和人民群众生产安全稳定有序地进行。

【Abstract】 Safety production is the eternal theme of Grid Enterprise,Once the grid failure, industrialand agricultural production will stopped,The Power safety accident accident is mostly due toTower collapsed and transmission line ractured. transmission network dispersed, regional span,network extend to every corner of earth,located at the complexity geological environment ofmountain and mountain,if depend on regular inspection of power system, since waste manpowermaterial resources financial power, easily obtains the obtains the good result. Transmission linecorridor of city will be hit because of heavy traffic,To the transmission tower in the wild,thecomplication of topography and climate factors will cause of transmission lines oscillation,vibration of transmission tower, sloping of transmission tower, icing disaster of transmissionline etc.The current research is grounded on such background,designing a monitoring devices tooperational states of transmission tower, Through consulting many literatures overseas and homeand borrowed from established monitoring devices.This paper discuss the transmission tower on-line monitoring device,which by collectingtower tilt, Taki strain, weather information of tower run site, vibration information of the tower,and the transmission tower within the area of video and image files,temporary simple summaryof the processing and analysis of data through the regional center of the base station,and thenthrough a wireless GPRS/3G network transmission to a remote grid monitoring center. staff ofthe electricity sector can arrange for the targeted state of repair of hidden faults of thetransmission tower timely, according to the transmission tower monitoring system eventuallyprovide, such as charts, text, waveform, as well as video and image analysis result, this can avoidthe electricity sector in general regular inspection system and lead to missed failures andexcessive maintenance,change regular maintenance overhaul for the state. not only can reducethe frequency of the patrol line to reduce the electricity hunt staff strength, and it is moreimportant that because of the analysis results of monitoring devices providing the transmissiontower’s run state,we can make fast position and analysis of the fault point, the fault source andthe destruction mode, and then help maintenance staff to remove the transmission tower failurequickly and immediately, to have an effective prevention of accidents that affect the safelyoperating of power grids, to guarantee the national economy running and people’s productionsecurity, stability and orderly operating.
