【摘要】 伴随着我国经济的迅速发展，我国涌现出了一批发达城市，他们不但经济水平领先于全国的其他城市，而且城市化的建设速度也位于前列，就在我们追求现代化的建设中，城乡结合地带在发达城市就显现出了较一般城市更加明显的特征，同时暴露出很多问题。居住环境就是这个特殊地域的主要组成部分，居住环境规划的好坏直接影响着这个地域的整体规划环境，同时影响着整个城市的城市化步伐。那我们在面对城乡结合地带的居住环境规划的时候就应该站在一个具有前瞻性的战略高度上，以可持续发展为规划理念续而研究出一套适合城乡结合地带的合理、科学的居住环境的规划方法，为发达城市迈向国际化增砖添瓦。本论文的主要内容在后三章，第二章主要论述的是，通过城乡结合地带居住的现状引出研究课题，先从理论定义进行分析论述，总结出这个地带的各个方面互相的关系和特征，为进一步的论证提供理论基础。第三章，以北京为例，对其进行现场调研、图片收集，对北京的城乡结合地带的居住环境进行系统的调查取证，从而总结出北京城乡结合地带居住环境规划上各个方面存在的问题；以点（北京）带面的来了解发达城市在城乡结合地带居住环境所呈现出来的弊端；且再举证一些居住规划的优秀案例，从而与有问题的居住区形成了一个对比，这样可以吸取其精华便于第四章的规划探讨。第四章，根据前两张的理论指导和实际情况，对发达城市城乡结合地带居住环境探讨出一些新的规划理论、方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the economy in our country, our country emerge abatch of developed city, they not only economic level is in the lead in other cities, andthe urbanization construction speed is also at the top, in our pursuit of the constructionof modern city, urban and rural area in the city with developed showed itself is moregeneral city more obvious characteristics, and exposed a lot of problems. Livingenvironment is the special regional key component, living environment planning adirect impact on the overall planning of the regional environment, and affecting thewhole city of the pace of urbanization. That we face in rural and urban combinationzone living environment planning should’ve stood in a forward-looking strategic heightto sustainable development as the planning concept renewal and develop a suitable forrural and urban combination zone of the rational and scientific living environmentplanning method, for developed towards the city international brick add watts.This paper mainly studies in the three chapters, the second chapter discussesmainly is, through the city zone with the present situation of the research topic live out,first from theoretical definition, this paper summarized the zone of various aspects ofthe relationship between each other and characteristics, the argument for furtherprovide theoretical basis. Chapter3, in Beijing as an example, the picture based on siteinvestigation, collection, the urban and rural areas in Beijing with the livingenvironment of investigation and evidence collection system, and sums up the Beijingurban and rural area on the living environment planning with all aspects existingproblems.
