基于STATCOM的电磁站电能品质控制方法研究

【摘要】 钢铁企业一向是消耗电能的大户,电能的损耗会直接导致产品成本的提高,并且同时削弱产品的竞争力,很不利于企业今后的发展。因此,提高电能品质,降低电能损耗是钢铁企业所要研究的关键性问题。在此背景下,本论文根据吉林省科技发展项目《电炉谐波吸收及功率因数补偿综合装置的研究与开发》,以中钢集团吉林铁合金股份有限公司103#电炉为研究对象,研究降损节能的综合治理方案。电磁站作为电网中进行电压变换的重要场所,经常会出现低(高)压侧母线的谐波电流大、功率因数低、无功功率大等不好的现象,直接影响了对电炉的供电质量,降低了电炉的炼铁合金的效率。基于电磁站存在的上述问题,本文详细分析了103#电炉的短网结构以及工作特性,建立了短网的电路数学模型,并计算出系统所需的最大无功功率。根据无功补偿技术,提出分段式补偿的控制方式,研发出一套综合补偿装置,以静止同步补偿器STATCOM补偿无功功率,辅以无源滤波器PF抑制谐波,实现了无功的就地补偿和谐波抑制的综合治理,提高了电网母线的供电品质。通过对现场数据进行分析,结果表明,功率因数由原来的0.78补偿到0.85以上,而且电炉变压器有功功率得到有效地提高,变压器一次侧电流减少了10%左右,谐波抑制效果明显,达到减少电炉功率损耗的目的。
【Abstract】 As the large company of consuming electrical energy, the power loss will impact the improvement of product cost in iron and steel enterprise directly, at the same time weaken the competitiveness of the products, which is not conducive to the development of the enterprise in the future. Therefore, improving the quality and reducing the loss is the key to the iron and steel enterprises. According to the Jilin Province Science and Technology Development Project "the research and development of harmonic suppression and power factor compensation in electric furnace system", the paper takes the103#electric furnace as the research object, and studies the integrated governance program of loss reduction and energy saving.As the important place of voltage transform, the electromagnetic station often appears the bad situations:the harmonic current in low (high) side is high, and the power factor is low, and the reactive power is too big, which impact on the quality of power supply of electric furnace directly, and reduce the steel-making efficiency of electric furnace. Based on the problems above all, the paper presents a detailed analysis of the short-net structure and working characteristic in103#electric furnace, and establishes the mathematical model of short circuit, and calculates the maximum reactive power the system required. According to the reactive power compensation technology, the paper presents segmented compensation control method and develops a set of comprehensive compensation device, with static synchronous compensator STATCOM for reactive power compensation and passive filter PF for harmonic suppression. The device realizes the comprehensive treatment contained reactive compensation and harmonic suppression, and it improves the power supply quality of electric net.Through the field data analysis, the results show that the power factor compensates from0.78to0.85, and the active power of electric furnace transformer is improved effectively, and the current in transformer primary side is reduced by10%. The harmonic suppression effect is obvious, and it reaches to the purpose of reducing power loss.
