综合因素影响下井网密度计算方法研究

【摘要】 本文研究了综合因素影响下井网密度的计算方法,全面而透彻的分析了影响井网密度的因素,基本包括三大类,地质因素、开发工艺技术因素、经济因素等,阐述了它们是如何影响井网密度的,并且按其影响作用的重要性分了主要与次要影响因素两类。重点研究井网密度的计算方法,在用启动压力梯度法计算技术极限井网密度时,创新地引入了两种计算启动压力梯度的公式计算新方法,即现场的生产动态资料法、流变学理论法。在研究技术合理井网密度的计算方法中,再一次创新地建立了符合现场非均质油层,实际考虑影响因素极其全面缜密的一种计算最终采收率的公式模型,即彻底地修正完善了谢尔卡乔夫公式,本论文完善过后的谢尔卡乔夫公式比以往所有文献的修正模型都要优越,极其完备。详细阐述了计算经济最佳和极限井网密度的迭代法、曲线交汇法,介绍了利用此两法算出经济最佳与经济极限井网密度值的细致步骤。最大的创新点就是创建了同时满足技术开发效果最好与经济效益最佳的而且是适合于直井、水平井多井型的井网密度最优化模型,它几乎是各种计算方法当中最准确、最优良的计算井网密度的方法,唯一美中不足之处是它仍然是以谢尔卡乔夫公式为理论基础发展演变而来的,计算过程中所用的参数需要人工处理,会受到外界(实验设备等)以及人为因素的影响而产生误差。用数理统计的方法建立了累积产油量与生产时间、产油量与生产时间、总井数与生产时间之间的关系式,克服了以谢尔卡乔夫公式为基础的实验方法的不足之处,该种方法计算过程中所用的参数直接来源于现场,不需要人工处理,不会受外界(实验设备等)以及人为因素的影响而产生误差,因此其计算结果能够真实、客观地反映出油田的实际情况,些许缺点就是不能同时满足技术开发效果最好与经济效益最佳,只能单纯地计算经济的井网密度。从油田渗透性和开发阶段等角度把所有不同适用范围、不同优缺点的技术和经济井网密度计算方法进行了细致的归类。以赵凹区H3Ⅳ31油藏、安棚区H3Ⅳ21-3油藏和双河油田Ⅵ油组三个油藏为实例,充分研究了其区域概况、地质特征、油层和流体性质以及开发现状,目前井网存在的问题并结合本文中井网密度的主要计算方法,综合了计算结果和各种方法的优缺点、适用范围后推荐赵凹区H3Ⅳ31油藏采用谢尔卡乔夫方程法计算得到的技术合理井网密度S=18.37口/km2,建议安棚区H3Ⅳ21-3油藏和双河油田Ⅵ油组采纳合理采油速度法计算得到的技术合理井网密度,即安棚区H3Ⅳ21-3油藏的技术合理井网密度S=14.46口/km2,双河油田Ⅵ油组的技术合理井网密度S=19.1口/km2;推荐赵凹区H3Ⅳ3’油藏的经济井网密度值采用经济动态净现值法计算的结果,安棚区H3Ⅳ21-3油藏采纳直井和水平井混合井型的最优化模型法计算的结果,而建议双河油田Ⅵ油组用数理统计法算得的结果。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a combination of factors influence go down the method of calculating density, comprehensive and thorough analysis of the factors affecting the well density, the basic three categories, geological factors, the development of technology factors, economic factors, and explained how they affect well density, and the importance of points according to their influence of the two types of primary and secondary factors.Focus on the well density calculation, with a starting pressure gradient method to calculate the density of the Technical Limit Well, innovation and the introduction of the two calculations starting pressure gradient formula to calculate the new method, that is the scene of the production of dynamic data method, rheology theory method.In research techniques reasonably well pattern density calculation method, an innovation established in line with the scene heterogeneous reservoir, practical considerations influencing factors is extremely comprehensive and careful a calculation formula of the ultimate recovery model, that is completely amendments to improve the xi e formula of this thesis is to improve after xi e formula than in all previous literature correction model is superior, extremely comprehensive.Elaborated on the iterative method of calculation of economic and Ultimate Well density curve of the intersection of law, describes the detailed steps to take advantage of this method to calculate the economic optimum density value and economic Ultimate Well.The biggest innovation is created to meet the technical development effect the best and the best economic benefits and is suitable for the vertical well, horizontal well muti-well type of well density optimization model, it is almost the most accurate among the various calculation methods,the best method of calculation well density, the only fly in the ointment is that it still requires manual processing is based on the parameters used in the xi e formula evolved from the development of theoretical basis, the calculation process will be outside (experimental equipment, etc.) as well as human factors and errors.Methods of mathematical statistics, the cumulative oil production and production time, oil production and production time, the relationship between the total number of wells and production time, to overcome the deficiencies of the experimental methods based on xi e formula place, the methods used in the calculation process parameters directly from the site, and does not require manual handling is not affected by the outside world (laboratory equipment) and the influence of human factors and errors, so its results can truly reflect objective out the actual situation of the oil field, some drawbacks that they can not meet the technical development effect of the best and economic benefits of the best, only a simple calculation of the economic well network density.From the perspective of the oil field penetration and development stage all the different scope of application, different advantages and disadvantages of technology and economic well density calculation method detailed classification.Zhao concave H3, Ⅳ31reservoirs.
