网架结构验收标准相关问题讨论

The Discussion of Grid Structure’s Acceptance Standard

【摘要】 网架结构在外荷载作用下的失效或破坏,主要是由于网架中的某个或某些构件破坏而不能承受更大的内力或内力减小,引起网架构件内力重分布使其他构件相继失稳,并在结构中出现屈曲失稳的传播,最终导致整个结构失效或倒塌。使得网架结构失效除初始缺陷如残余应力、节点偏心以及构件初弯曲外,轴力过大是最主要因素。本文在总结多年钢结构极限承载力检测试验的基础上,结合相关标准规范要求,分析钢架构件的受力过程,再通过空间杆系有限元法对极限承载力进行确定,即先确定网架结构构件在轴向力作用下的承载全过程曲线,并以此曲线建立轴力杆的非线性数学力学模型,由此模型建立构件单元的非线性刚度矩阵,并进行整个结构的整体非线性分析,求得每一级荷载下的节点位移和内力。按此方法进行非线性跟踪分析,直到网架结构整体失效,即可求得网架的极限承载力。通过上述的方法,针对有关规范标准在执行过程中遇到的一些问题,提出一些建议,使网架结构相关验收标准的技术要求、试验方法及其相关内容更加科学合理和有效,以便于实施和减少争议,为修改标准提供建议。修订网架结构有关技术规范和标准时,本文相关问题的讨论可以作为参考。

【Abstract】 Grid structure outer loads failure or destroy, mainly because of some components andnot lose stability accept more of the internal force or internal force decreases, and causeinternal force distribution grid components of other components have heavy instability, and inthe structure appeared in the spread of bucking instability, eventually lead to the entirestructure failure or collapse. Make grid structure failure except the initial defects such asresidual stress, node and component initial bending the eccentric, excessive axial force of themain factors.Based on the summarization of many years of steel structure limit load of the detectionon the basis of the research, in conjunction with the relevant standards regulations andanalyses the stress process of steel components, again through the space grid structure is finiteelement method determined to limit load, namely first determine grid structure component inthe axial force under the action of carrying whole process curve, and to establish the curveaxial force stem nonlinear mathematical model, this model of nonlinear stiffness matrixcomponent unit, and the whole structure of the whole nonlinear analysis, for each level ofthee load node displacement and intermal force, According to the method of nonlineartracking analysis, until the whole grid structure failure, can get the limit load of the structure.Revision relevant technical standards and grid structure standard, this paper discussedthe related problems can be used as a reference.
