装载机驱动桥湿式制动器的研究

【摘要】 驱动桥是工程机械的底盘元件,也是工程机械的核心传动部件之一。驱动桥的设计和制造水平,直接影响了工程机械的先进性和可靠性。国内工程机械驱动桥,其技术水平停留在发达国家80年代水平,且大多采用干式制动系统。所谓干式制动系统,指的是驱动桥的制动器直接暴露于外,除维修相对方便外,在制动性能、操作舒适性、环境保护等方面都有缺陷,无法满足日益发展的市场需求。而与此同时,国际工程机械制造商和专业的驱动桥供应商,如CAT、DANA、ZF、CARRARO等,均已不再生产干式制动桥,早已普遍采用湿式制动桥。湿式制动桥的制动系统分布于桥壳中间或轮边轮毂内,能够满足环保要求,制动冲击小,操作舒适,维护也很方便,采用这种制动系统的驱动桥受工况、路况、天气、环境等的影响较小。随着国外工程机械巨头纷纷在华投资建厂,以及中国制造商走向国际化,传统的干式制动桥已不能满足国内、外用户的需要。干式制动桥,由于技术上的原因,目前应用于低档机器上;而湿式制动桥常见于高档设备。在工程机械领域,虽然中国制造商的产销量都很大,但由于底端市场的竞争,技术落后,利润微薄。中国工程机械驱动桥的落后现状已严重制约了国内工程机械厂家进军高档市场的能力,以及他们的国际竞争力。为了提高中国工程机械产品的国际竞争力,必须开发具有国际高水准的工程机械驱动桥产品。湿式制动桥的核心技术在于湿式制动器的设计技术。本文对湿式制动器的设计方法、制动密封设计改进及试验方法、整机制动热力分析及散热设计方法进行了研究,建立了广西柳工机械股份有限公司湿式制动器的设计和试验规范。通过对本文研究内容的实施,可有效提升湿式制动器的可靠性,在一定程度上对增强工程机械国产核心部件的竞争力具有现实意义。

【Abstract】 Driving axle is engineering machinery chassis components, also is the one of the core of engineering machinery. Driving axle design and manufacturing ability, a directly impact on the engineering machinery advanced and reliability. Domestic engineering machinery driving axle, its technical level stays in the1980s level, and is used mostly dry type brake system. So-called dry brake system, refers to the drive axle of the brake directly exposed to the outside, except maintenance relatively easy outside, in the braking performance, operating comfortably and environmental protection are flawed, and unable to meet increasing demand of the market.Meanwhile, international engineering machinery manufacturers and professional drive axle of suppliers, such as CATERPILLAR, DANA, ZF, CARRARO, etc., are no longer manufacture dry brake axle, have already widely used wet braking axle. Wet brake axle system distributed in axle housing or wheel edges wheel inside, can satisfy the requirements of environmental protection, brake impact small, operation and comfortable, maintenance very convenient also, used this kind of brake system by road condition, the driving axle, weather and environment less effect.As foreign engineering machinery giants have invested in China, as well as Chinese manufacturer’s factory, the traditional internationalized dry brake axle already cannot satisfy the domestic and foreign customer needs. Dry brake axle, because of the technical reason, at present is applied in low-grade machine, and wet brake axle common in high-grade equipment. In engineering machinery field, although Chinese manufacturers of production are large, but due to the bottom of the market competition, backward in technology, small profits. Chinese engineering machinery driving axle backward situation has severely restricted the domestic engineering machinery manufacturers into high-grade market ability, and their international competitiveness. In order to improve the Chinese engineering machinery, the international competition ability of the product must be developed with the international advanced level in the engineering machinery driving axle products.Wet brake axle’s core technology lies on wet brake design technology. In this paper, the iesign method of wet brake, braking seal design improvement and test method, the wheel oader braking thermal analysis and breaking heat emission method is designed and studied, and established the enterprise’s wet brake design and test specification. Based on this research contents of implementation, can be used to enhance the reliability of wet brakes in a certain extent, to enhance the core part of engineering machinery homebred the competitiveness of the-ealistic significance.
