高校教学与科研的关系研究

【摘要】 教学与科研作为大学的两项基本职能,两者之间的关系研究一直是高等教育理论讨论的热点。随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高等教育大众化时代的来临,教学与科研的发展受到了来自多方面的因素影响而呈现出不同的发展状态。而由于高等教育规模的扩大,高等教育机构的类型也呈现出多样化的发展态势,高等学校对自身的发展定位就显得尤为重要。教学研究型大学作为我国高等教育体系中比较重要的一种大学类型,因为兼具着教学与科研的任务、本科生教育与研究生教育的职能,在教学与科研关系的处理上更为复杂和重要。本文基于对教学研究型大学的分析,对高校教学与科研的关系做了进一步的研究。本研究主要运用文献分析法、比较分析法和调查分析法,遵循发现问题、研究问题、分析问题存在的原因,进而寻求解决问题的思路。通过对高等教育中教学与科研关系发展的历史演变分析,以及对教学与科研关系现状的研究,得出教学与科研关系存在的问题以及出现冲突的原因,以现代高校中的教学研究型大学为例,结合分析现有教学与科研相结合的模式,最终在教学研究型大学的基础上提出调整教学与科研的关系,分别从学校层面、教师个体以及创新人才培养的教学目标三方面提出构建高校中教学与科研的互动机制的研究。高校中的教学与科研只有在一个不可分割的整体下,才能形成相互促进、协调发展的良性互动。本文通过研究教学研究型大学这一教学与科研并重,学术与应用共同发展的高校类型,着力在通过建立新的高等教育创新人才培养体系实现教学与科研在多种层次和环境中的融合,期望实现教学与科研关系的内外部有机结合和互动发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teaching and the scientific research as a university of two basic functions, the study of the relationship between the two has been a hot t opic of theoretical discussion of higher education. With the rapid developm ent of China’s higher education, popularization of higher education era, th e development of teaching and research are from a wide range of factors showing a different state of development. Due to the expansion of higher education, The type of institution of higher education has also undergone a transformation and reform, The development orientation of the colleges and universities determine the school’s further development direction. As an important type of University in China’s higher education system, Bec ause teaching and researching university take the task of teaching and res earching as well as perform the functions of the undergraduate education and postgraduate education, It is more complex and important to handle o f the relationship between teaching and researching. Based on the analysis of teaching and research university, This paper do some further study on the relationship between university teaching and scientific research.In this study, the use of literature analysis, comparative analysis and su rvey analysis, follow the problem, research questions, analyze the reason for the existence of the problem, and find solutions to those problems. Analysi s, and the history of higher education teaching and research in development o f relations between the evolution of the current relations between teaching and research, come to the problems of teaching and research as well as the r easons for the emergence of conflicts, teaching and research university in th e modern university cases, combined analysis of the combined model of the e xisting teaching and research, and ultimately to adjust teaching and researc h in teaching and research university on the basis of, respectively, from the s chool level, individual teachers and innovative personnel training, teaching obj ectives in Colleges and Universities teaching and Research in the interactio n mechanism.Only in an integral whole, can colleges and universities teaching and scientific research promote each other to form the coordination developm ent. Through studying the teaching research oriented university which emp hsis both on research and teaching, academic and application common dev elopment and the establishment of a new focus in the higher education cr eative talents cultivation system of teaching and research in a variety of1evels and the environment in the fusion, this paper expect to attain the re lationship between teaching and scientific research of Ministry of inside a nd outside of organic combination and mutual development.更多还原
