【摘要】 现代农业组织的发展有利于加快农业产业化、商品化以及市场化进程,是现代农业发展不可或缺的载体。本研究,首先分析指出了现阶段我国现代农业组织发展的基本方向,以便从理论上为现代农业组织体系建设指明一个大体方向。接着,基于农业组织规模经济效应以及农户选择两个视觉,从理论与实践两个角度,进一步探讨和验证了湖南省现代农业组织体系建设的发展方向。本研究还对影响农户参与农业组织意愿的因素进行了分析,以便能更好地指导农户参与到农业组织中去,推动农业组织的发展。在研究方法上,本文运用定量分析和定性分析相结合的层次分析法基于组织规模经济效应对农业组织进行了简单排序,从理论上探索了农业组织发展方向。采用问卷调查法,对农户参与农业组织的情况以及对农业组织的相关需求情况做了统计分析,从实践角度,探讨了农业组织发展方向。此外还采用描述性分析方法,运用二项Logistic回归分析,对影响农户参与农业组织意愿的各个因素进行了简单分析与解释。基于以上研究,本文得出的结论是,农户的职业状况是影响农户参与农业组织的最主要因素；在湖南省现代农业组织体系建设与创新中,应把握好以家庭经营为基本农业组织形式多种农业组织长期并存相互协作共同发展这一基本发展方向,积极发挥政府和市场的作用,在家庭经营基础上,一方面努力推进农户向专业大户、家庭农场的转变,另一方面大力发展各种类型的合作经济组织,同时,注重各农业组织间的分工与合作,鼓励和支持公司+合作组织+农户、合作经济组织+农户的农业组织形式的发展,走农业企业化、产业化、现代化经营路子；在与农户的联结中,各农业组织应注重为农户提供相应的技术指导、必要的农业生产资料、优质的品种以及资金上的支持。鉴于此,在湖南农业组织发展对策上,一是要促进政府管理机制改革,搞好政府服务工作；二是要优化市场环境,加强农村市场体系建设；三是要建立健全土地流转制度,促进农业规模经营；四是要提升科学技术水平,增强组织竞争能力；五是要提升农民素质,培育新型农民。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern agriculture organization is an indispensable carrier of the development of modern agriculture and it is helpful to accelerate the process of industrialization, commercialization and market of the agriculture. Firstly this study points out the basic direction of the development of modern agriculture organizations in China at the present stage for the purpose of establishing a general direction for the construction of modern agricultural organization system in theory. And then from the view of the scale effect of the agricultural organization and farmer’s selection this paper further discusses and verifies the development direction of modern agriculture organization system construction in Hunan Province from both the theoretical and practical perspectives. In order to guide farmers to take part in agriculture organizations, this research also analyzes the influence about farmers’willingness to participate in agriculture organizations.On the research methods, based on organizational economies of scale this paper make s a sort by agriculture organization, which adopts hierarchy analysis of quantitative analysi s combined with qualitative analysis, theoretically explore the direction of development of agricultural organizations.In practice, this paper makes the statistical analysis for farmers involved in agricultural organizations and the demand of agriculture organization, which a dopts questionnaire survey, explore the direction of development of agricultural organizati ons. In addition, which use of a descriptive analysis method and two Logistic regression analysis, make a simple analysis and interpretation of the various factors that affect farmer s willingness to participate in the Agriculture Organization.Through above study, this paper concluded as:Farmers’ occupation is the dominating factor for farmers’willingness to participate in agriculture organization. In the Hunan Province modern agricultural organization system and innovation, We must firmly grasp the basic direction of the development of modern agriculture organizations, which’s that family-run as the most basic forms of organization and all agricultural organizations keep long-term cooperation and common development. Playing a positive role of government and the market, On the basis of family-run, on the one hand, facilitate farmer transform to professional large family and family farms, At the same time, focus on the division and cooperation among agriculture organizations, encourage and support the development of Company+Cooperation Organization+farmer, Cooperation Organization+farmer, develop agricultural entrepreneurial, industrialization, modernization management. Agricultural organization should pay attention to provide technical advice、necessary production、high-quality varieties and money to farmers. Therefore, in the development of Hunan Agriculture Organization, Firstly, promote the reform of government management mechanism and strengthen government services. Secondly, optimize the market environment, strengthen the rural market system construction. Thirdly, establish and improve the land transfer system, promote agricultural scale management. Fourthly, enhance scientific and technological level and organizational competitiveness. Fifthly, improve the quality of farmers and cultivating new farmers.更多还原
