【摘要】 对于园林工程来说,在工程造价理论方面大部分的企业还没有完善的投标报价体制,企业自身更好更快的发展和适应社会的进步,提高企业自行投标报价的能力是关键。本文通过对国内现行的几种快速报价方法进行详细的论述,总结出实行工程量清单计价的必然性,重点介绍了模糊数学方法的快速报价理论,给出了具体报价的测算过程和方法,并且结合它在建筑安装工程中的应用,对其做了必要的修改,使它园林工程的投标报价中也同样适用,并列举园林工程的具体实例对它进行详细的说明。我们选取了四个园林绿化工程进行预测的实施,其中三个工程作为典型的已知工程,把他们的数据进行分析,通过贴近度、模糊关系值、预测计算和预测检验,通过检验之后的预测值的误差允许范围在5%之内,符合我们的预测要求,因此说明模糊数学方法的快速报价在园林工程中是现实可用的。最后分析了模糊数学法快速报价在园林工程投标报价中的优缺点,模糊数学法模糊数学法把园林中的一些模糊关系量化,为我们投标估算提供了方便。计算过程简捷清晰,计算结果与实际的造价之间的误差也可以控制在一定的范围之内。但是,历史数据储备不足,用模糊数学法估算报价的结果有效期受到限制,模糊数学法大多是对成本进行预测,对于利润和风险无法详细的预测。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the garden engineering,as the theory of engineering cost began late,most of the enterprises have not the perfect biding system,so it is the key to improve the ability of bidding quotation for the enterprise itself to develop better and faster and also fit the progress of the society.This paper has a detailed discussion about several rapid quotation method in China now and raise the necessity of the implementation of engineering bill pricing. At the same time,the writer emphasize the rapid price theory in the method of fuzzy mathematics, and summarise the concrete the process and way of price calculation. Also connect it with the constructional installation.For suiting the Landscape engineering bid quotation,same necessary modifications have been done an the basis of the relative cases of garden engineering. We selected four landscaping projects for the implementation of the forecast, three of them works as a typical known works, their analysis of the data, and close degree fuzzy relationship values, predictive calculation and prediction of test, allowed after the test the predictive value of the error range of5%, In line with our forecast, so Quick Quote therefore Fuzzy mathematical methods in the garden project is realistic and available.At last,the merits and drawbacks of fuzzy mathematics in landscape engineering biding have been analysed,and it will provide the feasible reference for the research latter. The fuzzy mathematics of fuzzy mathematical method to quantify some of the fuzzy relation in the garden, our tender estimates. The calculation process is simple and clear, the error between the calculated results and the actual cost can be controlled within a certain range. However, the lack of historical data reserve with the results of fuzzy mathematical method to estimate the offer validity period is limited, fuzzy mathematics most cost forecast can not provide a detailed forecast for profit and risk.更多还原
