【摘要】 本文提出了我国垃圾焚烧发电行业投资前景。首先,论文以地域、技术、政策、发展趋势四个方面对垃圾焚烧发电行业进行分析。通过以上对垃圾焚烧发电行业国内宏观环境的分析,从中找出垃圾焚烧发电行业市场机会及发展趋势。其次结合以上分析,运用TOPSIS多目标决策模型理论、因素提取法、重要度定权法建立垃圾焚烧发电项目模型,通过因素提取法提取经济效率、管理效率、技术效率、社会效率四个评价因素作为垃圾焚烧发电项目的评价因素,并按照行业的相关情况对各评价因素进行赋权。经过对我国四个类型地区的垃圾焚烧发电项目运用上述评价模型的评价,得出我国各类型区域垃圾焚烧发电项目质量,并基于以上项目评价情况得出我国垃圾焚烧发电项目投资策略。为了加强该评价模型的实际运用功能,通过对中国环境保护公司投资成都市垃圾焚烧发电项目案例进行分析,从垃圾焚烧发电项目实际应用情况支撑上文中得出的我国垃圾焚烧发电项目投资策略。同时本文经过大量的调研,全面的论述了垃圾焚烧发电行业在我国多个省市地区的市场现况及对我国垃圾焚烧发电项目投资前景进行分析,并对其未来发展趋势进行了预测,希望为中国环境保护公司开拓垃圾焚烧发电项目提供帮助,同时为行业内其他相关企业提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper proposed prospects of our country waste incineration for power g eneration industry investment. First of all, the paper analyzed out the market opp ortunities and trends by analyzing waste incineration power industry domestic ma cro environment with region, technology, political and development trend. Second, combining with the above analysis, it established the garbage burned power proj ects model by TOPSIS multi-objective decision-making model theory, Factors extr action, Important degree fixed weight method. What’s more it got the commercial efficiency, efficiency of management, technical efficiency, social efficiency as th e garbage burned power projects evaluation factor by Factors extraction. And ace ording to the fact of the industry, it set the empowerment of the evaluation fact or above. It proposed the quality of all kinds of garbage burned power projects in our country and the investment countermeasures of our country waste incinerat ion for power generation industry by evaluation model above. It analyzed the Ch engdu investment case of China national environmental protection corporation in order to make the evaluation model more usable. Meanwhile, with a large numbe r of investigation, the paper showed the market status of our country waste incin eration for power generation industry and analysis of the future of the investmen t countermeasures of our country waste incineration for power generation industry and the future development forecast.
