【摘要】 随着改革开放后我国经济社会的持续快速发展,我国基础设施建设取得了长足的进步。广东省作为我国改革开放的最前沿,基础设施建设相对较发达,其中高速公路的发展建设取得了显著成就。由于高速公路的不断修建、里程不断增长,加之其自身服务对象专一性、服务内容公益性和服务形式经营性等特点,高速公路服务区建设的研究成为国内外学者关注的课题。本文就是在此背景下,通过建立合适的模型,具体分析研究广东省高速公路服务区建设规模。本文首先在分析了国内外高速公路服务研究现状的基础上,定性分析了我国高速公路服务区建设中存在的问题以及广东省高速公路服务区建设运营的现状。接着在总结了高速公路服务对象的特征之后,对运输车辆、运输对象以及运输业者在途中的需求进行分析,并研究其途中需求弹性。而后,论文在分析服务区建设规模影响因素的基础之上,通过调查统计所得数据对规模影响相关参数进行标定,从而确定了高速公路服务区总体规模以及服务区规模与交通量及服务能力的对应关系。最后,对服务区物流功能拓展进行了相关研究,并提出相应的策略建议。通过本文的思考和研究,旨在为高速公路服务区规模的确定提供一定的理论与实际的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the past three decades, China has achieved social stability and economic prosperity through reform, opening up to the outside world and modernization. The infrastructure constructions of China has made great strides forward. As one of the first provinces that carried out the policies of reform and opening up, Guangdong obtained a remarkable achievement in building expressway. Along with the rapid development of expressways and its uniqueness, the construction of expressway service area becomes an important research. Based on this background, this paper establishes a appropriate mathematical model to analyses the constructing scale of expressway service area in Guangdong.The thesis analyses the study of expressway service area actuality in domestic and overseas on the first. Focused on the current expressway service area operation and construction conditions, it analyses the problem exists in our country’s expressway service area construction, and concludes the act of resolve those issues. Then it analyses the characteristics of the services object, the transport vehicle and the demand of carriers and the elasticity of demand. According to analyzing factors affecting the constructing scale of expressway service area, the model parameters are estimated by traffic investigation. Then this paper determines the constructing scale and analyses the relation between scale and service capability.At last, the paper makes a detail research on promoting the logistics functions of expressway service area and definite its objective and strategy. On this basis, we lodge relevant on the strategies of advancing the service capability of expressway service area. This paper’s research is a good reference and example for choosing of expressway service area constructing scale.更多还原
