草坪及根系层对再生水中金属净化吸收的研究

【摘要】 本研究是在北京市昌平地区进行的试验,通过柱状模拟控制,采用室外无雨控制处理、取样与室内测验的方法对土壤理化性质、根系层土壤金属元素、淋溶水水质以及草坪草植株金属元素进行测定,研究草坪及根系层对再生水灌溉中金属元素的净化吸收作用。试验采用随机区组设计,二、三级水处理、两种基质处理,四次重复,共24个处理装置。灌溉处理包括地下水(underground Water)、二级再生水(Secondary Treated Water),三级再生水(Three-stageTreated Water)。基质包括试验地原始土壤和混合过筛的沙质土。主要结论如下:(1)再生水短期处理和地下水灌溉相比较,因水的淋溶而减少土壤中金属元素的含量;随着处理时间的延长,因植物根系的恢复,减少元素的吸收,使得土壤中的Na、Mg、Ca含量又有所增加。(2)草坪恢复期间植物根系受损,草坪草植株金属元素的含量增加,对水质的净化作用起到良好的效果;随着草坪草的正常生长,根系吸收Ca、 Na、Cu减少,且根系层向上传递不可移动的金属元素量急剧下降,部分元素在根部累积,容易造成植物中毒且不利于净化作用。(3)淋溶液中的金属元素受土壤、植物以及处理水的影响较大,前期因为土壤中含量较高,使得土壤表层淋溶液的元素含量增加,后期因水的淋溶作用,淋溶液的含量受植物及处理水的影响较大,增加或减少。其中草坪根系层的净化吸收作用较为明显。(4)土壤、植物、水三者之间存在质量守恒,但植物根系并未将土壤及水中的所有金属元素吸收,由于草坪根系层较浅仍有部分残留,可以采用坪用作物及乔灌木结合种植的方式,对残留物质进一步净化吸收。

【Abstract】 The experiment is in Beijing changping district, through the columnar simulation control with no rain, sampling the samples outdoor and testing physical and chemical properties, the mineral elements of plant and leaching solution are measured, studying the effect of punrfication and absorption metal elements turf and root zone which in recycled water. The experiment uses arandomized to design, secondary and third-stage water treatment including water (ground water), secondary treated water, third-stage treated water. The original soil and substrate including tested sift the sandy soil. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Compared with grounderwater with short-term treated, the contents of soil metal elements are reduce; Along with the processing of treated, the metal elements absorption of root zone is lower, the soil of Na、Ca、Mg has increased.(2) Because the root zone is damage, it is good absorption to recycled water; Along with the processing of treated, turfgrass plant normaly, reducing the content of Ca、Na、Cu in it. And some elements moved up fell down sharply, some elements accumulation in root zone, it is easy to casue plants poisoning and not conducive to the purification.(3) The soil leaching solution is impact by soil、plant and water. The soil surface leaching solution increases because the metal elements are higher. For the water leaching, the leaching solution is influenced by plant and treated water, increase or descrease. It is obvious for the root zone absoption.(4) There is mass conservation between soil、plant and water, but not all of elements are absorbed by root, some are still in soil, which matter with the root in soil surface. We can plant turfgrass combination of arbors for residue further purification absorption.
