【摘要】 改革开放30多年来，随着我国农村社会经济的自我发展与城镇化进程向农村的逐步渗透，农民的生活条件发生了前所未有的变化。加之2011年社会各界对农民“被上楼”现象的广泛关注，农村居住环境的变化对农村社会经济的和谐发展产生了重要影响，而作为一名规划设计人员，这或多或少与我们的规划理念和设计手法息息相关。因此，从规划设计的角度审视农村居住空间环境建设的可行性和持续性就显得尤为重要，农村风俗习惯和地域文化在当今新型农村社区建设中如何保留与延续成为了本文的研究课题。本文首先从理论层面分别阐述农村社区居住空间环境与持续性的深刻含义以及构成要素，从而明确论文研究的范围。然后结合其构成要素进行持续性内容探析，为后续研究奠定坚实的理论基础。而后以长垣县传统村落和建设情况良好的新型农村社区为例进行实证分析。在充分调研村落和社区现状的基础上，结合前文构建的农村居住空间环境持续性理论框架，分别从生活方式和居住空间环境两方面进行详细剖析。之后经过传统村落与新型社区居住空间环境的对比分析，总结出长垣县农村社区生活方式与居住空间环境的积极变化和消极变化。最后笔者针对长垣县特定的地域条件，探讨其农村社区居住空间环境的持续性发展对策，使其为长垣县乃至全国农村地区的可持续发展提供借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the social economy development and the process of urbanization in ruralareas, the peasants’living conditions have undergone a great deal of change over thepast decades since the reform and opening up. Additionally, the Farmers were forced togo upstairs to live phenomenon have been around concerned in2011, the changes onthe living environment in rural areas have produced great effects on the harmoniousdevelopment of rural social economy, and it related to the designers’planning conceptand design method. Therefore, it seems to be particularly important to examine thefeasibility and sustainability of rural living space environment from the angle of planand design, the research subject of this paper is how to keep and pass the rural costumesand regional culture during new rural community constructions.Firstly, this paper respectively expounds in theory the profound meanings andelements of rural community living space environment and sustainability in order todetermine the scope of this research. Secondly, according to the analyses ofsustainability which have been done with elements in this paper, the theorybases forfollow-up study are established.Secondly, the traditional villages and new rural communities in Changyuan havebeen taken as examples. Based on the survey study of the present status of villages andcommunities, combined with the theory framework of sustainability of rural livingspace environment, this paper analyzes life-styles and living space environment in detail.Then, on the basis of comparison and analysis between traditional villages and newrural community living space environment, the positive and negative changes on the rural community life-styles and living space environment in Changyuan aresummarized.Finally, according to the given regional conditions of Changyuan County, theauthor discusses the development countermeasures of sustainability of the ruralcommunity living space environment in order to provide some reference for sustainabledevelopment of rural area in Changyuan County and the whole country.更多还原
