【摘要】 科学发展观蕴含着丰富的人学内涵。它把人的全面发展与社会经济、政治、文化等方面的发展以及实现最广大人民的根本利益紧密结合起来，确立了以人为本的价值观，充分体现了科学发展观的人学底蕴。科学发展观的提出有着深刻的人学基础。首先，西方人本主义为科学发展观的提出提供了有益参考，马克思的人学理论为科学发展观的提出奠定了坚实基础，党的三代领导集体的人学思想为科学发展观提供了重要的理论来源。其二，科学发展观以“现实的人”作为其理论基础和立论前提。马克思主义人学以“现实的人”为理论出发点，科学发展观把“现实的人”作为理论基点，贯彻落实科学发展观的内在动力在于满足“现实的人”的需要。其三，科学发展观的提出是我国现阶段人的现实境遇的迫切需要。改革开放以来，我国社会的剧烈变革和转型，既推动了社会的快速发展，也带来了许多人的发展问题，特别是“以物为本”的发展观对我国人的现实生活境遇产生了极大的负面影响，这就必然要求我们提出“以人为本”的科学发展观。科学发展观极大地发展了中国化马克思主义人学。在中国化马克思主义人学的历史进程中，毛泽东是中国化马克思主义人学的奠基者，邓小平是中国化马克思主义人学的开拓者，江泽民进一步发展了中国化马克思主义人学，科学发展观在新的历史条件下，对中国化马克思主义人学作出了新贡献。主要表现在，科学发展观本质上蕴藏着以人为本的人学内涵，弘扬了以人为本的人学精神，体现了以人为本的人学价值导向，发展了人的全面发展的理论，凸显了马克思主义人学关于人类永续生存发展的根本利益。科学发展观揭示了人的发展的新理念。这就是人的发展必须遵循“以人为本，全面、协调、可持续的发展”的基本原则。具体看来，主要体现在“四个坚持”和“四个反对”，即坚持以人为本，反对以物为本；坚持全面发展，反对片面发展；坚持协调发展，反对分裂发展；坚持可持续发展，反对间断式发展。科学发展观是推进我国人的全面发展的科学指南。我们要以科学发展观为指导，大力推进我国人的人的全面发展，就必须努力做到：大力发展人本经济，为人的全面发展奠定坚实的物质基础；积极推进素质教育，为人的全面发展注入不竭的内在活力；努力建设政治文明，为人的全面发展提供良好的政治土壤；真正强化精神文明，为人的全面发展创造适宜的精神条件；有效提升生态文明，为人的全面发展开创美好的生存环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The scientific outlook on development contains rich connotation of anthropology.It combines the comprehensive development of people, social economics, politics,culture with the achievement of the fundamental interests of the overwhelmingmajority of people closely. It established people-oriented value, which fully reflectsthe anthropology heritage of scientific outlook on development.The scientific outlook on development is based in the perspective ofanthropology. First of all, it provides a useful reference for the scientific outlook ondevelopment from the Western Humanism. Marx’s anthropology theory is the basicfoundation of the scientific outlook on development, the anthropology idea of threegenerations of the leaders in the party provides the important theoretical sources.Secondly, the ideology of anthropology of Marxism takes “people in the reality” asthe theoretical start point, and the scientific outlook on development takes “people inthe reality” as the theoretical basis. The inter motivation of carry and fulfill scientificoutlook on development is to satisfy the need of “people in reality”. In the end, it isvery necessary to raise the scientific outlook on development based on the people’sreal situation. Since the Reform and Opening-up policy, the society of China has had agreat change, which promotes the fast development of the country, but also brings upa lot of people’s development issue. Especially the "thing-oriented" developmentconcept has a negative effect to people’s real life, which leads to the urgency andnecessity of the establishment of scientific outlook on development.The scientific outlook on development developed the Chinese MarxismAnthropology. During the development of Chinese Marxism Anthropology, MaoZedong is the foundation, Deng Xiaoping’s theory is the extension and Jiang Zemin’sdeveloped it. Anthropology of Chinese Marxism made the new contribution ofscientific outlook on development in new period anthropology of Chinese Marxism,which is scientific outlook on development essentially contains the anthropology connotation of “people-oriented”. it promotes the “people-oriented” basic ideology,reflects the “people-oriented” value development, develops the theory of realizingpeople’s comprehensive development from anthropology of Marxism, highlights thefundamental interest of human being’s permanent existence and development fromanthropology of Marxism.The scientific outlook on development reveal the new concept of people’sdevelopment, which is people’s development must follow the principal ofpeople-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated, and sustainable. In details, it can beexpressed as "four insist" and "four against", which are: insisting on“people-oriented”, against “things-oriented”, insisting on comprehensive development,against one-sided development, insisting on coordinated development, againstseparating development, insisting on sustainable development, against discontinuesdevelopment.The Scientific outlook on development is the scientific guide to promote people’scomprehensive development. Use scientific outlook on development as a guide to laya solid material foundation of people’s comprehensive development by developinghuman economy; promote quality education to inherent the inexhaustible energy topeople’s comprehensive development; build the political civilization to provide thegreat political basement for the people’s comprehensive development; strengthen thespiritual civilization to create the spiritual condition for people’s comprehensivedevelopment; enhance the living environment for people’s comprehensivedevelopment.更多还原
