并行工程环境下铁路机车空调系统化设计方法改进应用研究

【摘要】 快速的全球化、市场转移和客户整合,使得市场环境不断变化,加之巨大的价格和成本压力,企业面临着巨大的挑战。如何在一个较短的周期内开发低成本、高质量的产品成为企业提高竞争力的关键。因此,企业的首要任务是改变传统的产品开发模式,运用并行工程思想,改进设计方法,使其能以更高效的方式快速恰当地回应客户的需求。本文以列车空调产品为研究对象,介绍了该产品的结构和特点,分析了该公司现有设计流程的缺陷。针对不同缺陷,建立面向并行工程的新设计方法并对部分流程进行并行化处理,加以改进。主要体现在以下几方面:通过PDM技术,基于Client/Server结构的计算机系统和广域的网络环境,在正确的时间将正确的信息以正确的方式传递给正确的人,使异地分布的产品开发队伍能够实时共享各种产品数据,并行协作产品开发。通过并行化产品详细设计过程,将产品分为壳体结构、机械和制冷系统装配、电气装配三大部分,建立各个设计小组共同开发。开发过程中充分考虑所设计产品的装配工艺,提高BOM准确性,便于下游各部门适时地参与,更早的评审制度可以及时发现上游设计中存在的缺陷,从而减少产品由于设计不当而产生的产品返修及报废。通过并行工程中面向制造的设计理论,考虑使设计产品模块化,简化设计模型,降低制造成本,更加便于维护。通过类比使用经验数据,可在新项目设计时,并行化系统设计过程从而大大加快设计步伐,同时能提高设计的准确性。通过并行工程中计算机辅助工程分析系统,形成设计与校验并行化,评价最终产品的实用性,是否符合客户需求及相关行业标准。
【Abstract】 We face the challenges of a constantly evolving environment driven by increasingglobalization. Market shifts and customer consolidations as well as massive price and costpressures. How to shorten the product development period, improve quality of product andreduce cost, which becomes very important basic to enhance the competition ability ofenterprises. Therefore, is to design the development method with the concurrentEngineering technology to quickly and appropriately address customer needs throughgreater efficiency and effectiveness.This thesis studies the train air-conditioning products, describes the structure andcharacteristics of the product, analysis of the company’s existing design process defects.For different defects, the establishment of a new design for concurrent engineeringmethods and parallel processing part of the process, be improved. In the following areas:In the proper time to pass the right information to right people on a right way basedon the Client/Server network and wide web environment via PDM method. The productdevelopment team can share couple of data and work in parallel at the same time.To divide product to three parts composed by structure, cooling system and electricalsystem conducted with detailed design process parallelization, there are serveral teams arebuilt to design together. Assembly of product and the accuracy of BOM are sufficientlyconsidered during design, the lower department and early validation can find the bugsimmediately, so the rework and scrap will be decreased due to inappropriate design.Through concurrent engineering design for manufacturing, to consider makingmodularity of products, simplifying the design model, in order to reduce manufacturingcosts and convenient for maintenance.By analogy with empirical data, parallelization of system design process can greatlyaccelerate the design and improve design accuracy in new projects. Evaluation of the final product availability, consistency of customer requirement andcompliance of relevant standards can be validated in CAE, it can parallelize design andvalidation.
