【摘要】 城市化进程的快速推进,为城市带来了翻天覆地的变化,城市规模一步步扩大,城郊空间一步步延伸。与此同时,位于大城市郊区的聚落空间的特色与风貌受到极大冲击,如何保留和更新村落的传统风貌特色成为目前新农村建设中的一个重要课题。为应对剧烈的城市化进程,本文以郑州市郊区村落为研究对象,将其划分为城市近郊区、中郊平原区、远郊丘陵区三种类型,每一类型抽样选定三个典型村庄,共九个村落作为研究样本。运用从上到下的层次分析法分析了村落的内部空间形态特征,将研究内容分为三个层面,即整体形态层面、居住形态层面、生活形态层面。选取各层面的主导物质要素进行深入分析,包括整体形态层面的坑塘水体、居住形态层面的建筑和绿化、生活形态层面的空间构成和活动类型。解析了各自层面特征,探讨了村落内部空间的形态组织规律,并对比三种类型之间的不同。在此基础上追溯各类型村落形态的形成原因和背景,进而提出各自空间形态的优化措施和重构方向,为新农村建设中大城市近郊村落的保护与更新提供事实依据。通过以上分析,本文得出如下结论：1.城郊村落内部的空间格局正在发生着变化,传统的村落形态正逐步瓦解,不同类型的村落瓦解程度不同。近郊型村落呈“填充”和“整体扩散”的格局变化；中郊型村落呈由集聚到沿道路扩散的变化；远郊村落呈由星状分布到组团分布的变化。2.不同类型的村落格局面临不同的问题。近郊村落主要面临建筑拥挤、道路过窄、绿地不足、空间混杂等问题；中郊村落主要面临建筑沿道路无限扩展、村落边界模糊、土地浪费严重、“空心村”现象严重等问题；远郊村落主要面临建筑分布散乱等问题。3.造成城郊村落形态差异的主导因素各不相同。近郊村落主要受人口城市化和土地资源紧张的影响；中郊村落主要受现代生活方式变化的影响；远郊村落主要受技术条件的影响。4.针对不同类型村落的格局和功能的变化,提出三种村落空间重构模式,即城市近郊村落的集中式、城市中郊村落的单元式、城市远郊村落的组团式。5.维系村民情感交流的场所正逐步减少,原因有以下三方面：(1)建筑形式的变化；(2)绿地的减少；(3)由院落空间至街道空间太过直接。更多还原

Divides it into the city suburb area, the suburb region of no relief, the outer suburb rolling country three kind of types, Each typical sampling designates three typical village altogether nine villages,As research sample. Has analyzed the village internal spatial shape using from top to bottom analytic hierarchy process. Divide study the content into three stratification planes, namely overall shape stratification plane, housing shape stratification plane, life shape stratification plane. Selects various stratification planes the leading factor to carry on the thorough analysis. Including overall shape stratification plane pit pond water body, housing shape stratification plane construction and afforested, life shape stratification plane spatial constitution and active type. Different type village pattern faced with different question.The suburb village mainly faces the building crowded, the path excessively is narrow, questions and so on green space insufficiency, spatial combination; The suburb village mainly faces the construction along the path unlimited extent, the village boundary fuzzy, the land waste serious, "the hollow village" the phenomenon serious and so on the questions; The outer suburb village mainly faces the construction distribution scattered in disorder and so on the questions.3.
