【摘要】 县域经济这一概念正逐步被政府、企业、媒体、群众所广泛认识,同时因“三农问题”也使县域经济的战略地位越来越凸现出来。作为全国经济系统的重要组成部分,县域经济的发展将在很大程度上影响着我国全面建设小康社会的进程。而决定县域经济发展的关键是县域工业化的发展。县域工业不仅是县域经济的主导部门,也是摆脱县域经济发展落后于城市经济发展的困境的主要着力点。改革开往以来,辽宁县域工业化的发展取得了一定的成果,但是与东部发达省份相比还存在着一定的差距。如何发展县域工业化、壮大县域经济,推动社会主义新农村建设,实现全面建设小康社会和城乡一体化是辽宁目前面临的重要问题。本文运用区域经济学、发展经济学的相关理论,采用文献分析、实证分析、对比分析相结合的方法,对辽宁县域工业化的模式和对策进行研究。文章首先对辽宁县域工业化发展的现状进行分析,指出了辽宁县域工业发展中取得的成果,但在与东部发达省份的对比中也发现了存在的差距,又总结了国内外发达国家和地区县域(农村)工业化成功的实践模式,并就这些模式对辽宁县域工业化发展的借鉴意义进行了阐述,在此基础之上探索出对辽宁县域工业化发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of county economy is gradually accepted by government, corporations, media and the mass. Simultaneously, it’s more and more important because of Three Agri-Problems. As an important part of national economic system, the development of county economy will have a great effect on the Whole process of building a Well-Off Society in an All-Round way. However, the key factor dominated in the development of county economy is county industrialization.The development of county regional industry is the key factor of county economy. County industry is not only the key department of county economy, but also the main focus of getting out of the dilemma of county economy lagging behind urban economy.Since the reform and opening-up, the development of county regional industry in Liaoning have got plenty achievement. But when compared with eastern developed province, the difference is huge. Liaoning is faced with the problem that how to develop county regional industrialization make county economy stronger and give an impetus to construction of New Socialist Countryside, in order to reach the goal of building a Well-Off Society in an All-Round way and Urban-Rural Integration.Theories of regional economics and development economics, research method of references analysis, demonstration analysis combined with comparative analysis is used in this paper. At first, the paper tells of the status of county regional industrialization in Liaoning. But when compared with eastern developed province, the difference is huge. Then summarize the mode of county regional industrialization both here and abroad and the useful aspect for Liaoning county regional industrialization. On the basis of this, raise the corresponding suggestions for county regional industrialization in Liaoning.更多还原
