地下采矿边界品位优化研究

【摘要】 边界品位是划分矿石和废石的临界品位值,它的选择直接影响所圈定矿体的形态及矿石储量,进而影响矿山的生产规模、生产寿命和开采计划,同时还影响到不可再生资源的利用率。因此,边界品位的优化有着很强的实际意义。它的确定涉及到复杂的分析与计算,它与企业经济管理、地质、采矿、选矿、应用数学、计算机等科学知识密切相关。本文结合国际合作项目“赞比亚谦比西铜矿高效采矿方法的研究”中的“边界品位优化研究”子课题,主要内容和研究成果如下:(1)在盈亏平衡法在露天矿成功应用的基础上,结合地采的实际,建立了相应的边界品位优化模型;结合地下开采矿山实际,以最大现值为优化目标,系统的建立了矿山地下采矿、选矿两阶段联合企业的数学模型,并描述了数学模型的算法步骤、绘制了流程图。(2)对谦比西铜矿的数据进行整理和统计学分析,并建立了储量和平均品位的计算方法。(3)以谦比西铜矿为例,利用盈亏平衡法和最大现值法对所收集矿山数据进行计算,取得了优化结果,并对两种优化方法的结果进行了分析和比较。

【Abstract】 Cutoff grade is the critical grade on compartmentalizing mineral and mullock. The choice of the cutoff grade will affect the configuration of the mineral, the reserves of the mineral, the producing scale of the mine, the producing life-span and the plan of mining. At the same time, it will also affect the utilization of non-renewable resources. Therefore, the optimization of the cutoff grade is extremely important in practical application. Its determination relates to complex analysis and calculation, and it has close relationship with other scientific knowledge such as business management, geology, mining, mineral processing, applied mathematics, computer technology and so on. In this paper, we research the optimization of the cutoff grade, relating with the theme "cutoff grade optimization study", which is one issue of the international cooperative project, named" Zambia-efficient than the West copper mining methods research," the main content and research results are as follows:(1) On the base of the fact that the profit and loss balance method has been successfully applied in the open-pit mine, Relating with the actual process of mining, We establish the corresponding optimized model of the cutoff grade. And, considering the optimization of the present value as the greatest goal, then we establish a mathematical model which can be used to describe the joint process between underground mining and beneficiation, and we also depict the algorithm steps and the flow chart of the model.(2) Collating and statistically analyzing the data of the Copper-than on the West, We find out the calculating method of the reserves and the average grade.(3) Giving an example about the Copper-than to the West, from which we collect the data and calculate them with the profit and loss balance method and the largest present value method. Then we achieve two optimum results, and compare and analyze the two results.
