泡沫铝阴极电泳涂装工艺研究

【摘要】 目前对泡沫铝的表面涂装主要采用人工喷漆的方式,对环境污染严重,危害操作工人健康,涂料利用率低,尤其在泡沫铝表面深凹处不能完全涂覆,电泳涂装具有涂料利用率高,操作简单、方便,涂装易实现自动化,环境污染小,漆膜厚度均匀、耐腐蚀性强,涂装工艺不受被涂对象形状的影响等优点广泛应用于金属表面涂装处理。其中环氧树脂型电泳漆具有很高的附着力和优异的防腐蚀性能。本论文探讨了环氧树脂型阴极电泳漆在泡沫铝合金表面的涂膜成膜过程并确定最佳工艺条件。本文通过单因素实验,获得了泡沫铝阴极电泳涂装的最佳工艺条件,确定了环氧树脂型阴极电泳涂装的最佳工艺条件:电泳电压90V、电泳时间4min、槽液pH值6.5、槽液温度35℃、极比2:1,极间距15cm,烘干温度140℃,烘干时间15min。分别研究了电泳电压、电泳时间、pH值、槽液温度、极比、极间距、烘干温度和烘干时间这些因素对漆膜外观和性能的影响,采用中性盐雾实验和耐沸水性试验测试了漆膜的耐腐蚀性能,通过5%NaCl盐雾腐蚀240小时、90℃去离子水浸泡3小时,得出最优工艺条件下获得的漆膜外观和耐腐蚀性都较好。
【Abstract】 At present, manual spray paint is used as primary method in external painting of foamed aluminum. The method has many disadvantages, such as serious environmental pollution, possible harm for human health and low utilization ratio, especially in that it can’t paint the external deep recession completely. Compared with it, the electrophoresis painting holds advantages in high utilization ratio, ready operation, realizing painting automatically easily, low pollution, even paint film thickness, strong corrosion resistance and process insusceptibly by painted object shape. Thus electrophoresis painting is used widely in metallic external coating. Among its types, the epoxy resin type possesses high adhesion and outstanding corrosion resistance. The paper discusses the film forming process of cathodical electrophoresis painting on the foamed aluminum and confirms the optimal process conditions.The topic utilizes single factor experiment to gain the optimal process conditions of foamed aluminum cathodical electrophoresis painting and ensure the optimal process conditions of epoxy resin type cathode electrophoresis painting:the electrophoresis voltage is 90V, electrophoresis time is 4min, pH value of tank liquor is 6.5, temperature of tank liquid is 35℃, pole ratio is 2:1, interpole gap is 15cm, drying temperature is 140℃and drying time is 15min. It studied the influence of these factors, including electrophoresis voltage, electrophoresis time, pH value of tank liquor, temperature of tank liquid, pole ratio, interpole gap, drying temperature and drying time, on appearance and properties. The neutral salt mist experiment and boiling water resistance experiment test the corrosion resistance property of paint film. The synthetical paint film holds preferable appearance and corrosion resistance according to the optimal process conditions and through corroded for 40h under salt mist of 5% NaCl and dipped for 3h in deionized water at 90℃.
