【摘要】 城市绿地是城市中人与自然相互沟通的桥梁和纽带,是改善城市生态环境的重要载体。在城市化进程不断加快,环境问题不断突出的今天,提高沈阳城市绿地的建设水平,对美化市容环境,构建人与自然和谐共生的新沈阳具有重要意义。本文通过查阅大量国内外相关资料,在概括了国内外城市关于绿地建设的主要理论流派、代表性理论、优秀绿地建设模式后,针对沈阳城市绿地建设的现状,深入的挖掘了其中存在的问题,发现存在城市绿地建设总体水平不高、管护水平较差、公众缺乏建绿护绿自觉性等问题,并对问题进行了认真剖析。为了解决这些问题,逐步提高沈阳城市绿地建设水平,本文对伦敦、东京及上海、深圳等城市的绿地建设经验进行了深入的研究,并以景观生态学、新公共管理等理论为指导,提出了有针对性的对策：首先要提高绿地建设的生态意识；其次要加强城市生物(植物)多样性保护、第三要完善绿地建设法规；第四要转变政府职能,创新养护体制；第五要制定科学的绿地建设规划；第六要提高科研水平,为绿地建设服务；第七要鼓励全民参与绿地建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The greenbelt in the city, which is a bridge and a link between human and the nature, is a very important medium of improving urban ecological environment. In the era of urbanization proceeding faster and environmental problems standing out constantly, raising standards of Shenyang urban greenbelt construction is crucial to beautify the urban environment and build a new Shenyang where human and nature coexist harmoniously.First, the article refers to a large number of foreign and domestic relevant documents and summarizes the main theoretical schools, representative theories, and outstanding greenbelt construction models of foreign and domestic cities. Then, according to the actual situation of Shenyang urban greenbelt construction, the article digs out deep the problems in it and finds that the general standards, the administrative and protective standards of urban greenbelt construction are low. The public also lack the consciousness of building and protecting greenbelts. At last, it thoroughly analyzes the problems.In order to solve the problems and raise the standards of Shenyang greenbelt construction, this article also researches thoroughly on the urban greenbelt construction experience of London, Tokyo, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. It takes landscape ecology and new public administration theories, etc. as its guidance and gives solutions in connection with the problems below:first, we should raise people’s ecological consciousness of greenbelt construction; second, we should strengthen the diversity protection of urban creatures (plants); third, we should perfect the greenbelt construction regulations; fourth, we should shift the powers and functions of the government and create a new maintenance system; fifth, we should draw up a scientific planning for greenbelt construction; sixth, we should raise the standards of scientific research in order to serve the greenbelt construction; seventh, we should call for the active participation of all the people building greenbelts.更多还原
