耐磨铸球模具CAD软件的开发

【摘要】 文章结合耐磨铸球金属型模具的开发实例,阐述了利用VB6.0进行SolidWorks二次开发模具CAD软件的过程和关键技术,根据参数化设计原理完成了耐磨铸球金属型模具CAD软件的开发,使其成为SolidWorks的一个应用程序。同时应用COSMOSWorks有限元分析软件对设计的金属型模具进行铸球生产凝固过程的温度场和热应力计算和分析,根据模拟结果修正耐磨铸球金属型模具CAD软件的设计参数和程序,使生产的铸球无缩孔缩松缺陷,提高金属型模具使用寿命。该模具CAD软件的开发为磨球自动化生产线的模具优化设计提供了合理的工艺参数和快捷的设计方法。参数化设计过程是指从功能分析到创建参数化模型的整个过程。参数化造型是当前CAD技术发展的趋势,是近年来出现的新技术,目前仍处于发展和完善之中。它源于设计人员对CAD系统的一种期望,即在实际工程设计中,迅速方便地修改产品设计方案,满足工程的需要;有限元分析是当今最流行的一种数值模拟方法,它能够把实际生产中的情形很好的预测出来,已经成为许多行业生产中不可缺少的一道关键工序。参数化设计和有限元分析的结合(CAD与CAE技术的结合)为产品设计和生产开辟了一条高效率、低成本、保证产品质量的优化设计途径。本文基于SolidWorks的参数化设计系统开发的两种技术,建立了耐磨铸球模具设计系统。使用该系统用户可以设计任意尺寸磨球的铸造模具,也可以根据有限元分析结果来优化设计参数值,用户可以得到任意想要尺寸的模具,当然也可以根据有限元分析结果来优化参数值。实现了CAD与CAE技术的优势互补。本软件经过多次测试,运行良好,常用尺寸模具的温度场及热应力也经过反复模拟验证,相信可以变成真正的产品走向市场。本论文的完成对此软件和其他三维软件二次开发都有很好的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 In this paper,pivotal technologies of development based on SolidWorks and VB6.0 are expatiated by the development of the wear-resisting cast ball mould.The parameterized design CAD system is developed,finally,this system is loaded to the environment of SolidWorks.In the meantime,the laws of temperature and stress distribution of wearable cast iron balls in the solidification process were investigated by using COSMOSWorks,and the result is fairly well which verified the validity of the CAD software.Shrink holes of cast balls were removed through improving on arts and crafts.The development of this CAD software provides a shortcut way for mold design of wear-resisting cast balls automatic production.The parameterized design is a whole process from the analyse of function to the creation of parameterized models. Parameterized design is the current of the technology of CAD, and also is a new technology appearing recently, so we are developing and perfecting it. Parameterized design comes from the hope of designer to CAD system, and that is to say that we can modify the plan of design so that it can meet project.FEA is the most prevalent numerical simulation technique,it can forecast many real-life state,exactly,and be the indispensable working procedure for most industry.The integration of parameterized design and FEA(CAD&CAE) inaugurates a high-efficiency,low-cost,high-quality way for products design and manufacture.This software has set up the Wear-Resisting Cast Ball Mould System based on two key techniques of parameterized design.The User can get Mould of countless dimensionand also can modify parameters by using FEA’s result, in this way,the technology of CAD and CAE is integrated.After tasting times without number,this software works well,will become product gotoing market. The article can also be propitious to others who pursuing second development based on SolidWorks or other 3D softwares.
