基于MCGS控制的多相流实验装置的研制及其实验应用

【摘要】 近年来,多相流在一系列现代工程中得到广泛应用而且促进了相关工程设备的发展和创新。涉及多相流的工程设备有新型的相变换热器、锅炉、蒸发器、冷凝器、空间设备、制冷剂、核反应堆、分离设备、过滤设备、流化床反应器、生物质流化热裂解制取设备、石油化工设备和多相流泵等。无论在热工流体的理论研究上还是在工程实践中,多相流实验装置都是进行相关研究不可缺少的实验手段。正因为如此,多相流实验装置的研制也是进行热工流体领域实验技术研究的重要方向,小型多相流实验装置广泛运用于各高校、各科研单位的研究机构中。在借鉴现有的多相流实验装置的设计理念和思路的基础上,结合装置自身需实现的实验功能和要求,本着投资少、功能强的思路,本论文对多相流实验装置的各个系统进行了深入的分析和研究,设计了实验装置的实验流程、确定了装置各部分设备的选型、分析和确定了实验装置的控制系统的硬件系统的各部件的选型以及控制系统中组态软件和编程软件的选择。控制系统采用PC-BASED系统,由组态软件MCGS与Visual Basic混合编程实现,MCGS开发控制系统的界面,Visual Basic处理系统采集的信号,两者通过专用接口完成通讯。该装置是一套低成本、却能实现多功能的小型多相流实验装置,本文阐述了该装置在涉及多相流领域的多个实验项目进行的应用和研究:气液两相流流动型态的测定、识别实验,物料流态化特性实验、流态化固体颗粒对传热特性影响实验等,对各个实验项目的实验过程和方法以及实验结果进行分析和研究。
【Abstract】 Multi-phase flow has being widely applied to series of modern engineering and it promote the corresponding apparatus development and evolution.Such equipments of engineering involved in multi-phase flow as new type of heat exchanger of phase transformations,boiler,evaporator,condenser,refrigerant,nuclear reactor, separating mechanism, filtrating equipment,fluidized-bed reactor, pneumatic/liquid transmission equipment, petrochemical industry equipment and multi-phase flow pump and so on. The multi-phase facility is an indispensable method to carry on the corresponding research not only in the field of the theoretic research on thermodynamic engineering fluid,but also the field of the practice in engineering.Therefore,the design of the multi-phase facility is an important direction on the research about experiment technique in the field of thermodynamic engineering fluid. The small scale multi-phase facility widely exists in the research organization of the college and research institute.Benefiting from the idea and method of the other built multi-phase facility, combining with the function of experiment,the multi-phase facility was demonstrated amply and designed scientifically.On the premise of lower cost and more powerful function, every part of the multi-phase facility and its control system was studied in the paper. In the design,PC-BASED control system was used to control the multi-phase facility.Its software is developed by general configuration software Monitor and Control General System(MCGS) and Visual Basic. MCGS performed the interfaces and Visual Basic performed data processing, and they communicate with a special interface.This facility is a type of multi-phase experiment equipment with lower cost, powerful function. Several such experiments about thermodynamic engineering fluid can be performed by the facility as gas/water flow pattern test experiment, material fluidization experiment, multi-phase enhanced heat transfer, and multi-phase antiscale experiment.In the paper the methods and procedure of the several experiment and the experiment result were studied.
