玻璃瓶缺陷计算机自动检测系统的实现

【摘要】 与人们生活息息相关的啤酒瓶、饮料瓶等玻璃瓶制品生产工艺、制作过程复杂,所以会不可避免的出现各种缺陷。这些带有缺陷的玻璃瓶(特别是装有压力液体的玻璃瓶)一旦流入市场,进入消费者手中,则充满潜在的危险并经常给消费者造成意外的危害。因此加强玻璃瓶的质量检测和控制尤为重要。但目前国内玻璃瓶仍然以人工检验为主,不仅劳动强度大,效率低,而且人工检验随意性强,检测标准不一致,错检、漏检率高,玻璃瓶制品的品质得不到保障。国外的玻璃瓶缺陷自动检测系统已经研制成功并进入了中国市场,并一度在国内玻璃瓶质量自动检测领域占据技术垄断地位。本文作者结合工程实践,对玻璃瓶缺陷计算机自动检测系统的工艺原理、技术分析、设计原则、实施方案进行了技术分析。并对该系统中上位计算机与下位计算机的数据通讯、上位计算机与传动变频器的数据通讯、下位计算机具体检测方案的实现等关键技术问题的实现进行了重点研究。本文作者在实际的技术研发工作中,作为第一项目负责人,按本论文设计思路研制完成了玻璃瓶自动检验机微机控制系统并成功推向国内外市场。该计算机控制系统,是在自主创新的基础上,矢志攻关,研发的具有独立知识产权的玻璃瓶缺陷微机自动检测系统,利用计算机智能控制对生产线上的玻璃瓶实现自动在线检测,打破了国外垄断,摆脱了国内玻璃瓶缺陷自动检测技术受制于人的被动局面,为国内玻璃瓶罐行业的产品质量自动检测提供了设备保障。
【Abstract】 The technology of producing glass bottle products, such as beer bottles and drink bottles , which are quite necessary in our daily life, is so complicated that shortcomings naturally exist. Once the bottles with defects, especially those with pressure liquid, come into the markets, and when consumers use them, there might be great danger, which causes harm to people.So it’s quite important to strengthen the test and control of the quality of glass bottles . Nowadays ,we still use artificial method to inspect the products in home. The labour intensity is great but with inefficiency in this way. What’s worse, people may do it at will , without the same standards. Therefore, when they make mistakes or miss some bottles, the quality of the bottles can not be guarranteed. The automatic system of testing the shortcomings of glass bottles has been developed from abroad and come into our national markets. Besides, it has once monopolized the technology in such internal field .The author , who has combined his theory with practice, has analyzed the principles on how to design the system, as well as the technological analyze, the principles to realize it and the way to carry it out. The author also pays much attention to the data communication of up computers between down computers and up computers between transmission conversion. The solution to the key problem of realizing the testing programs of down computers is also displayed.The author , as the leading cadre of the project, has finished the automatic system of testing the shortcomings of glass bottles according to the above way. The system is based on the creation of the author ,who has been determined to struggle all kinds of difficulties. The system can test the bottles in motion by using the automatic controller. Having broken away from the overseas monopoly and changed the domestic situation, the system can ensure the quality of the bottles at home.
