物资管理信息系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 物资供应部门是企业与生产单位之间的桥梁、纽带,是企业正常生产的物资保障部门。辽河油田物资公司是一个专门为油田生产供应物资的企业,涉及到钢材、煤炭、化工、五金工具、劳动保护用品、钻采配件、机电仪表、汽车配件等多达两万余项物资,是保证油田正常生产的关键环节。因此,建立一套行之有效的物资管理信息系统对于如何把本单位生产所需要的生产资料及时、保质保量的供应上去,有着重要的意义。从微观上讲,建立一套物资管理信息系统能够加快物资的周转速度,提高生产效率,为企业的管理和决策提供科学的依据,增强企业的竞争力。从宏观上讲,顺应了社会的信息化、社会化潮流,缩短了整个社会化大生产的周期。本系统采用面向对象的软件工程分析和设计方法完成物资管理信息系统的设计和开发过程。主要完成了对物资的信息录入、物资采购订单管理、合同管理、出入库管理、库存管理、财务管理和人员信息管理。系统基于客户端/服务器和浏览器/服务器的体系结构,采用Microsoft公司推出的数据库管理系统SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库开发工具,建立并实现数据库。使用PowerBuilder10.0作为前台开发工具,内置JSP技术。PowerBuilder是一种面向对象的图形方式的集成开发工具,有着最为灵活的数据库结构。本套物资管理信息系统可运行于Windows9x、Windows2000、WindowsXP等使用NT内核的微软视窗系列操作系统。物资管理信息系统的开发和测试过程严格按照软件开发的工程标准来进行,在选用开发工具、技术方法和管理体系等各个方面严格按照软件工程的开发原则来处理,并成功实施辽河油田物资管理信息系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Commodity Supply Department is a bridge and link between enterprises and factories, as well as a Safeguarding Dept, which ensure normal production of enterprises. Liaohe Oilfield Materials Corporation is a specialized production of goods for the oil field supply business, related to steel, coal, chemicals, hardware tools, labor protection supplies, drilling accessories, electrical and mechanical instruments, car parts and other supplies as many as two thousand items is to ensure that Oilfield normal production a crucial element. As Supply Dept is a key link of convey, it is of a great significance to develop effective Material Management Information System to supply commodities both in good time and assure the high quality and quantity. In microcosmic, setting up the Material Management Information System can speed up the circle of commodities and increase efficiency. As well, it can enhance the methods of information management and economic results. In macroscopic, it goes with the tide of information and society, and it also shortens the cycle of great social production.The system uses object-oriented software engineering analysis and design method to complete material management information system design and development process. Completed a major input of material information, material purchase order management, contract management, out of warehouse management, inventory management, financial management and personnel information management. System is based on client / server and browser / server architecture, using Microsoft’s database management system introduced in SQL Server 2000 as a back-end database development tools to build and implement a database. Use as a front PowerBuilder10.0 development tool, built-in JSP technology. Powerbuilder is an object-oriented graphical integrated development tools, has the most flexible database structure. This set of material management information system can be run on Windows9x, Windows2000, WindowsXP, etc. using the NT kernel, Microsoft Windows family of operating systems.The whole process of developing and testing is operated by precise standard of software development. Considering tools of development, technical methods and management systems, it is attended by principles of software project.
