交直流混合电网输电能力计算模型及方法研究

【摘要】 本文针对新近出现的交直流混合电网输电能力计算问题,分别提出了相应的确定型和概率型输电能力计算方法。建立了交直流混合电网输电能力的计算模型,提出了基于交直流交替迭代的连续潮流确定型算法和适用于交直流混合电网输电能力计算的故障排序快速算法;考虑了系统中存在的大量不确定性因素对ATC的影响,提出了一种基于Monte Carlo-frequency and duration(FD)混合法的交直流混合电网ATC概率型计算方法,并定义了一系列概率指标对交直流电网的ATC进行评估。利用包括直流输电的改进的IEEE-14节点系统进行算例分析,验证了所提模型及算法的有效性。研究成果对于交直流混合电网的规划、联网方式的选择及可靠运行具有理论和实际指导意义。

【Abstract】 To newly present AC/DC transmission system transfer capability calculation, the corresponding deterministic and probabilistic algorithms are proposed respectively. An available transfer capability (ATC) calculation model is presented firstly, and then an AC-DC iterative continuation power flow algorithm and a fast contingency ranking approach suitable for the AC/DC system transfer capability calculation are proposed. Considering the uncertainties of power systems, a novel approach named Monte Carlo-FD comprehensive method is proposed to calculate and assess ATC of the AC/DC transmission systems. A series of ATC assessment indices are also defined to evaluate ATC. The algorithms based on MATLAB6.5 are developed. The modified IEEE 14-bus test system is used to verify the presented approaches. This research has theoretical and practical guiding significance for the AC/DC transmission system planning, selection of connection mode and reliable operation.
