【摘要】 进入新世纪,独立学院作为一种新型高等教育办学力量发展迅速,已逐渐成为当前和今后一个时期高等教育发展的重要组成部分。随着我国高等教育由“精英教育”转向“大众教育”,这就导致了高等教育领域出现对学生生源的竞争问题。学生对学校服务的满意度直接影响学校的生存与发展,因此重视学生的满意度是提高他们的忠诚度的重要因素。考虑到独立学院由于自身办学特征而对学生产生的依赖性,本文提出了我国独立学院学生满意度测评指标的基础模型,即从教育资源、管理服务、师资队伍、人才培养、心理关注、母体相关六个角度进行评估,通过发放问卷获得学生满意度调查数据,并对这些数据进行统计分析,之后对学生满意度与重要性的相关性分析,构建了测评指标体系,这对我国独立学院学生满意度的研究具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this new century, independent Colleges of higher education as a new force developed very rapidly and gradually become an important component of higher education in the present and future. With the higher education has been mass education but not elite education, this is the cause of the student contention problem in higher education. The school service satisfaction to students directly affects the survival and development of student, therefore, it is a important factor to improve students’loyalty that concentrated in students’satisfaction index. Considering that independent colleges even rely on students more readily by nature, our paper provides a new base model on the Test of Independent College Students Satisfaction Index System. With assessment of six perspectives, which are education resources (ER), management service (MS), teaching staff (TS), talent cultivation (TC), Psychology oriented (PO), matrix concerned (MC); put the questionnaires to obtain survey data of student satisfaction, and make empirical analysis of these data. In the analysis of data, we can get the relevance between student satisfaction and importance to construction the evaluation index system, which has guiding significance to independent colleges students satisfaction research of our country.更多还原
