河南省示范性高中篮球运动开展现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】 2007年4月教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央联合全面启动全国亿万学生阳光体育运动。其目的是在各级各类学校形成浓郁的校园体育锻炼氛围,有效地促进广大青少年学生积极参与体育锻炼,切实提高学生体质健康水平。而篮球运动作为学校体育的重要内容,是中学生最喜爱的运动项目之一,亿万学生积极参加篮球运动,不仅能促进我国全民健身的实施,同时有利于我国竞技篮球运动的可持续发展和篮球后备人才的开发与培养。河南省示范性高中是经河南省教育厅验收,达到《河南省示范性普通高中基本要求》评估先进的学校。其办学方向、学校管理、队伍建设、教育教学、办学条件都是河南省一流的高中学校。由此,研究河南省示范性高中篮球运动开展现状,找出适合中学篮球运动发展的具体对策,对完善河南省高中篮球教学和课余锻炼是十分及时的,对提高示范性高中篮球课余训练和竞赛活动是迫切需要的。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,以河南省示范性高中为研究对象,对学校篮球教学、课余训练、课余竞赛和课余锻炼进行调查,通过全面了解河南省示范性高中篮球运动的开展现状,分析其存在的主要问题及原因,探讨其开展篮球运动的正确途径和可行性对策。结果显示:河南省示范性高中从事篮球教学与训练师资队伍的最高学历和职称结构比较合理,教学与训练年限和运动经历基本合理,业余时间参加篮球运动锻炼方面表现良好;喜欢参与篮球运动的学生较多,这为河南省示范性高中开展篮球运动提供了良好的保障条件。同时,河南省示范性高中中的篮球传统项目学校在开展篮球课余训练、课余竞赛和课余锻炼三个方面较为积极,但篮球教学方面还不太理想:而以俱乐部形式开展篮球运动的学校,其篮球教学、课余训练与竞赛和课余锻炼都较为理想,这为河南省示范性高中全面开展篮球运动提供了有力支撑。然而,河南省示范性高中在开展篮球运动方面还存在许多不足:一是学校篮球教学改革进展还不甚理想,仅个别学校实行篮球教学改革外,其余大部分学校没有进行篮球教学改革。学校班级多、学生多,篮球师资与场地器材相对学生数量不足的现状短期较难改善,加之个别学校领导对体育教学的不重视直接影响了大部分学校篮球教学改革的进展。二是从事篮球教学与训练的师资队伍参加专业培训较少,对学校篮球教学与训练存在不利影响。三是部分学校篮球课余训练开展不够系统,篮球后备人才的培养还十分有限。学校体育经费的不足致使部分学校无法系统开展篮球课余训练;学校篮球运动队参加校级以上比赛少也阻碍部分学校篮球课余训练的积极开展。四是学校课余时间对女生开展篮球竞赛形式较为单一,并有半数的学校每年对女生不开展篮球竞赛,影响了女生参加篮球课余竞赛的积极性。五是节假日时间学校开展篮球活动较少,仅篮球俱乐部学校节假日时间举办培训或夏令营活动外,其余大部分学校在节假日时间则很少开展篮球活动。同时学校篮球场馆在课余时间对社会人员开放不足,不利于全民健身的实施。针对目前河南省示范性高中在开展篮球运动中存在的问题,提出以下对策:一是贯彻教育部文件,转变个别学校领导教育观念,充实学校篮球师资力量和篮球场地器材设施的配备,强力促进学校篮球教学改革进展;二是加强从事篮球教学教师和篮球教练员的专业培训,改进培训方式,以提高其专业素质;三是拓展筹集经费渠道,保障课余训练的系统开展,以促进篮球后备人才的开发与培养;四是丰富篮球课余竞赛形式,完善篮球竞赛体系:五是以青少年体育俱乐部形式开展篮球运动,坚持普及与提高相结合,努力实现社会与学校共享篮球资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ministry of Education, Nation Athletics Bureau and the Central Total Green Regiment start the sunshine sports game in the children of China on the 4th, 2007. it aim is to educate the atmosphere of sport exercise in the school and the public joining exercises habits in the various school, to prompt the adolescent to take part in sports exercise activity and improve the level of Physical health. However, the basketball sport is the main content in the school sport, one of the most popular sports items. The basketball development in the school does not ascend the activity of the student joining exercising, but also be apt to the implement on all the people exercise and the athlete basketball sport sustainable developing, to prompt the development and education of preparing talented person.Demonstration Senior High School in Henan is promised by Department of Education in Henan and fits the requirement of the《Basic request of the Demonstration senior high school in Henan》, which is the best school in the direction of starting school、government、building in the teachers、education and the condition of the school. So, to explore the development situation of Demonstration senior high school in Henan is to find out the development tactics , it is the need to perfect basketball teaching、exercising after lesson and the complete sports, which is also overall meaningful to prompt the basketball sustainable development and the people exercise.The paper is wrote by the documentary、profession tutor visiting、questionnaire explore, etc. the object is the Demonstration Senior High School in Henan, through the analysis the basketball teaching、exercising after lesson and the complete sports, the aim is to know the development station in Henan and to find out the question and shortages , then to study the healthy way and advantage of prompting basketball universality.The result is that the teachers’ title structure、the time of teaching、exercise experience of teaching the basketball sports is reasonable, the aspect of the highest educational background and the spare time exercise are very well; the equipments standard is to fit the low standard in the all china .at the same time, the student joined the basketball sports are is many ,which brings the assurance of basketball development in the Demonstration Senior High School in Henan. tractional basketball school appears very activity in the basketball training、spare time completion、spare time exercise, but basketball teaching exists shortages、the basketball school in the style of club has ideal development in the aspects of teaching、training、completion、exercising, which supports the well condition to develop basketball sport.However, there are many shortages in the developing in the Demonstration Senior High School in Henan: The first is that the reforming development of basketball teaching is not ideal, the rest schools do not carry the reform. the students are too many, the leader neglects the teachings reforming and so on, all affect the reforming progressing. The second is that the teacher took training seldom in recent three years, which direct affect the basketball development in the school. The third is that parts of school basketball development is no system, the talented person has certain limit. The fee is lacked to cause the exercise prohibited. But the basketball team seldom takes part in the basketball game; the teacher joined the profession seldom, which bared the sports development. The four times is that the girl basketball games develops is very simple, half the school did not held the basketball games for girls, which has the effects on the activity that girls join the basketball. The five times is that the vacation was just used by the school in the style of club, the rest school start the young basketball training and summer camp. At the same time, in the spare time, the basketball building do not opens enough for the people in the society, which is not good at implement of the people psychical health.According to the questions of Demonstration Senior High School in Henan, it puts foreword the following tactics: one is to carry out the policy of Ministry of Education, perfect the basketball teacher’s team and the equipments of basketball to prompt the reforming progress. Two is to strengthen the teacher’s profession training, to change the mold of training ways and improve the basketball profession character; three is to expand the scores of the fee collecting in order to assure the exercising in spare time ,then to Promote the development and education of talented person; Four is to enrich the molds of completed games in spare time, confine the basketball games system; five is to develop the basketball sports in the style of club, keep on the improvement and universality and come into the basketball recourse shared by the society and school.更多还原
