土钉支护的机理与稳定性研究

【摘要】 土钉支护实际上是由加固土体、土钉和面层共同作用形成的一种支护技术。它由于具有施工快速便捷、适用性强、经济可靠等优点,而广泛应用于各种边坡、基坑等工程的支护项目中。但在理论上对土钉支护的工作机理和稳定性研究仍缺乏正确的认识。本文借助准粘聚力理论,在秦四清等人对直立边坡和水平土钉的土钉支护结构研究的基础上,研究了有倾角边坡和有倾角土钉的土钉支护结构工作机理。提出了土钉支护结构破裂角这一新的概念,并通过剪滞法理论推导了土钉内力传递的公式。在前人研究成果的基础上,结合实际工程的监测结果,从理论上提出了土钉支护结构的拉裂—滑移双直线破坏模型,并推导其稳定性计算公式。通过对一个土钉支护工程各个工况的土钉内力和位移的监测,分析了各个工况对土钉内力传递和位移的影响,研究了土钉内力传递的规律,并且实测值与用本文推导的土钉内力传递公式计算的土钉内力值拟合很好,验证了土钉内力传递公式的正确性;另外通过对土钉最大拉力的分析,确定了土钉支护结构的潜在破裂面,其滑移面的夹角及破裂面与本文提出的土钉支护结构破裂角和拉裂—滑移双直线破坏模型吻合较好。最后,运用FLAC有限差分法软件建立了土钉支护的结构模型,对该工程实例进行数值模拟,进一步分析研究了土钉支护的机理和稳定性,得出了与实际监测和理论计算都比较一致的结果。本文对土钉支护的机理和稳定性研究,对传统土钉支护的设计和施工都有很好的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Soil Nailing in fact is a support technology with the joint effect of soil reinforcement, soil nailing and the surface .Because of its convenience and fast, power of applicability, economic and reliablity, it is widely used in the supporting projects of various slopes, foundations.However, in theory, there is still a lack of correct understanding on the soil nailing job mechanism and stability.In this paper, using quasi-cohesion theory, on the basis of research of soil nailing supported structure with the vertical slope and horizontal soil nailing by Qin Siqing, the job mechanism of the structure is studied with inclination angle of slope and soil nailing.A new concept of rupture angle is proposed,and soil nailing internal force transmission formula is derived from the shear-lag theory.On the basis of the results of previous studies, combined with the monitoring results, a theory of structure’s crack - sliding double linear damage model is proposed and its stability formula is derived.Through a project with various conditions of monitored soil nails force and displacement,the influence of the various conditions to the force transmission and the displacement is analysed; the transitive law of force is studied; and the transitive formula of force is verified by the coincidence between the tested value and the caculation by the transitive formula in this paper.In addition, through the analysis of the max soil nailing tension, the potential failure surface of the structure of soil nailing is determined, which is coincident with the crack - sliding double linear damage model of the structure of soil nailing proposed in the paper, and the angle between the sliding surface and horizontal surface with the rupture angle.Finally, the structure model of soil nailing is set up by the use of the finite difference method FLAC software, and get a numerical simulation to the engineering examples. And further, the soil nailing mechanism and stability is analysed with the coincident result to the test values and the theoretical calculations.In this paper, the study of soil nailing mechanism and stability has very good reference value to the design and construction of traditional soil nailing.
