汽车车门系统相关技术的研究

【摘要】 车门系统作为车身的一个重要组成部分,发挥着很重要的作用。因此,很好的进行车门系统的研究对于国内自主研发能力的发展意义重大。需要从理论上能够建立整个门系统的力学模型,并进行修正优化,得到一系列的技术积累,从根本上解决车门系统在整车上存在的问题。本文首先对有限元技术的发展进行了简要阐述,并对车门系统有关的CAE技术进行了介绍。通过有限元方法对某微车前车门的刚度进行多方案改进设计的计算、比较和分析,得到可行方案,使车门下沉刚度上升65%,改进后的车门的刚度特征满足车门设计需求。为了减少CAE分析的工作量,提出了一种评价内板刚度的方法,改进了内板刚度后,最终仅需要一次验算就能达到校核整个车门总成的标准刚度要求,避免了重复计算总成标准刚度,大大减少了计算过程,并用此方法对某微车滑移门内板进行了形状优化取得了满意的效果。阐述了国内外轿车车门密封系统的研究状况,并分析了密封条在车门闭过程中的受力情况,建立车门关闭力简化数学模型。针对某微车密封条的大变形特性以及材料的非线、结构非线性以及接触边界非线性的特点进行了有限元分析,并对其结构进行了优化,得到了更小关闭力的胶条结构,并和试验数据进行了对比,有较好的一致性,成功地定量分析与评价了密封条结构的性能,为今后采用先进的CAD/CAE技术对密封条结构进行了优化设计奠定了基础。最后通过对门锁系统和玻璃升降器的研究和分析,应用ADAMS软件和NASTRAN软件主要对锁体结构还有玻璃升降器的结构进行了修改和优化。对锁体结构提出了4点修改意见和方案,取得了较好的效果,仅支架的刚度就提高了近40%。通过分析,对玻璃升降器的结构和装配过程,提出了一套行之有效的方法,极大的降低了失效率。

【Abstract】 Vehicle-door systems have many important roles as a part of vehicle.So, it is very important to research the veheicle-door system for the China’s vehicle research and development capability. In order to deal with the door systems problem in the vehicle completely, mechanics model should be established in theory and corrected and optimized. And some technology based on vehicle door should be accumulated deeply. Firstly, it has a beief discription in the development of FEM and theory research and algrorithm will be presented for the CAE technique related to door system.Secondly, front-door stiffness has been calculated,compare and analysis base on several methods by FEM in a mini-bus. By CAE analysis and optimization, the best design method is choosed and its vertical stiffness has enhanced 65% and corrected stiffness property meet the requirment of door design. In order to decrease the workload of CAE analysis, it is presented the new evaluation method of door-inner’s stiffness.It only need a calculate process to reach the requriment of validate the door system’s standand stiffness. its method do well in the a mini-bus slipdoor-innor’s shape optimization.Thirdly, it is presented the research status of door seal system of vehicle in the country and aboard. Simple mechanics model has been established in vehicle door-close force and analyze the deformation conditon of door seal in the door-close process. Aim at seal’s large deformation property and material,structure,contact’s nonlinear, FEM analysis has been done in the mini-bus door-seal and optimized in the body structure. New seal stucture can get the smaller door-close forces. It has a consistence in the test data and CAE analysis.The last, the research and analysis have been done in the door latch system and glass-lifter. The structure of the latch and lifter have been modified and optimized by ADAMS and NASTRAN software. It has put forward 4 pieces of advise on the latch structure and the base stiffness have increased 40% almost.For the lifter’s structure and assembly, it has put forward some methods to decrease the failture raito largely.
