【摘要】 如今,色彩缤纷,晶莹剔透,形态奇异的充气式沙发床,造型别致的充气式单、双人沙发、充气式小圆桌、小凳子等,都能随心所欲的充气、放气,令人神往。充气家具摆脱了传统家具的笨重,室内室外可随意放置。放气后体积小巧,收藏携带都很方便,可节省空间。本课题设计了沙发的气坐垫与气靠垫,并以体压分布实验和主观七级评价法为主要手段,对沙发气垫层的构成方式与各项性能指标之间的关系进行了系统的实验研究,用定量与定性分析相结合的方法来测试其舒适性能。通过对实验的分析,我们主要得到以下结论:1)气坐垫在双层气垫,且表层竖向,底层横向的交叉排列方式时,舒适性最好,然而稳定性却并不乐观。另外,表层充气量少,底层充气量多,使得气垫表层较软,底层较硬的状态时,较为舒适。2)气靠垫在双层气垫,且表层横向,底层竖向的交叉排列方式时,舒适性最好,然而稳定性却并不乐观。另外,充气量较多,使得气垫较硬的状态时,较为舒适。我们又将气垫与海绵垫进行对比研究,在层状结构方面,两者都在表层软底层硬的状态下舒适性较强。在弹性方面,气垫的弹性要优于海绵垫。在稳定性方面,气垫则不如海绵垫。在以上研究结论的理论基础上,我们又对气垫产品进行了优化设计,并且提出了设计原则和设计图纸。当然研究中,在气垫材料,充气量的测量和实验对象等方面还存在局限性,我们都提出来较为完善的改进意见,为今后关于气垫的研究指明了方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today, the inflatable sofa bed which is colorful, crystal and singular form, the inflatable single or double sofas, inflatable small round table, small stool, which modeling chic, can be arbitrary inflated, deflated, fascinating. Inflatable furniture take away from the bulk of the traditional furniture, can be put anywhere, indoor or outdoor. It becomes small size after deflated, also can be conveniently collected and carried, saving space.This topic is designing the sofa air-cushion and air-back cushion. The topic uses ergonomics as the theoretical basis, the experimental pressure distribution as a primary means, doing the subjective and objective experiment to the air-cushion sofa, to test its comfort performance by the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis.Based on the analysis of experiment, we have following conclusions:(1) When the air-cushion is in the double-deck, and the vertical surface, the horizontal bottom, in the cross-arranged manner, it is the best comfort, but stability is not optimistic. In addition, less inflated surface, more inflated the bottom, the state makes the air-cushion surface soft, the bottom hard, more comfortable.(2) When the air-back cushion is in the double-deck, and the horizontal surface, the vertical bottom, in the cross-arranged manner, it is the best comfort, but stability is not optimistic. In addition, the filling of more, the state makes air-back cushion harder, more comfortable.Also, we do a comparative study between air-cushion and sponge-cushion. In the layered structure, both of them are strongly comfortable in the state of soft surface, the hard bottom. In the elastic, the air-cushion is superior to sponge-cushion. In stability, the air-cushion is not as good as the sponge cushion pad.On the basis of the theory in the above conclusions, we have optimized designed the products on the sofa air-cushion, and have made a design principles and design drawings. Of course, the air-cushion material, inflatable measurement and experiment objects still have limitations in the study. We have put forward more comprehensive improvements. The air-cushion will be studied on the specified direction for future research.更多还原
