连接器产品开发DFSS应用研究

【摘要】 目前,随着市场需求的不断更新,顾客对产品质量(Q)、价格(C)、交货期(T)及服务(S)要求越来越高。由于市场竞争的日益激烈,使企业的生存和发展问题变得日趋严重并迫使企业不断采用新技术、新思想以最低的成本和最短的时间去生产高质量、设计良好的产品。富士康目前大力在推行6sigma方法应用于连接器产品工艺的改善,但在应用过程中也暴露出许多问题,例如6sigma改进方法(DMAIC)比较侧重于工艺上的改善而较难应用于产品开发初期,其中带来的品质成本也较高。本文的目标旨在建立连接器产品6sigma设计模型并对DFSS在连接器产品开发中的应用进行初步探索。首先,分析企业应用DFSS的背景和目的以及当前DFSS技术发展状况,通过研究目前6sigma基本理论和分析6sigma改进方法(DMAIC)存在的不足,提出DFSS基本概念和DFSS应用于产品开发的总体框架。其次,通过分析目前连接器传统开发模式的现况和存在的不足,引入DFSS方法。研究DFSS方法在连接器开发中的作用,并分析引入DFSS后对设计流程带来的变化,得出优化的设计流程;并且进一步提出在连接器开发中建立DFSS模型的构想和具体实施步骤。最后,通过应用DFSS方法来优化CTB连接器产品插拔力和温升设计的实例,建立了DFSS的实用模型,节省了开发的时间和修改设计的成本,并藉此证明本文提出在连接器产品应用DFSS方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Nowadays, with continuous changes of the market needs, more and more customers require products for higher quanlity (Q), lower price (P), faster delivery time (T) and better services (S). The market competition is becoming more and more intensely, therefore, the enterprises have to adopt new technologies and ideas, to generate high quality and robust designed products with the lower cost and shorter time. Currently, the 6Sigma improvement activity (DMAIC) is promoted by Foxconn, but many issues have been found during the actual project process, such as the DMAIC method focuses on process improvement but not suitable for product design, and the improvment cost is higher. The objective of this thesis is to set up a DFSS model of connector development, and perform preliminary study of the implementation of DFSS in connector development.Firstly, the enterprise application background, aims and state of the art are analyzed.Study the basic principle of 6sigma and analyze the weak of DMAIC approach, the application framework of DFSS approach in connector development are introduced. Secondly, the traditional development model and quality management methods of connector development in Foxconn are analyzed, and the DFSS approach is introduced. The analysis of the influence of DFSS in connector development is given, and the optimized scheme of the application of DFSS in connector development is brought up, and the framework and detail set-up steps of DFSS model are introduced.Finally, through the example of CTB connector to optimiz the design targets of mating force and temperature rise, introduced the application of DFSS in connector development and set up the actual DFSS model. It can also prove the DFSS theory is a effective method in development of computer connector.
