污泥中重金属的萃取及分离技术研究

【摘要】 本文以城市污水厂污泥中重金属的绿色去除及资源化为目标,利用环境友好绿色聚合物聚天冬氨酸(PASP)做萃取剂,针对上海市桃浦污水处理厂的污泥进行了重金属的分离技术研究。在分析桃浦污泥中各种重金属结合形态的基础上,重点研究了聚天冬氨酸对污泥中重金属的萃取性能。考察了体系酸度对重金属萃取的影响,在不调节萃取体系的pH值的基础上,通过加入过氧化氢提高萃取体系的氧化还原电位,研究了聚天冬氨酸及过氧化氢浓度对重金属萃取的影响,得到了最佳萃取条件。实验结果表明,在中等酸度下,聚天冬氨酸对污泥中的锌、镉、镍、铜有良好的萃取性能:在聚天冬氨酸和过氧化氢共同作用下,可以有效地萃取出污泥中的锌、镍、铜,并萃取出部分镉和铬。由于聚天冬氨酸具有良好的可生物降解性能,因此可以作为污泥中重金属去除的理想侯选药剂。论文利用弱酸性阳离子交换树脂D113对污泥萃取液中重金属离子的吸附分离性能进行了初步研究,考察了树脂剂量及接触时间对吸附过程的影响。结果表明,D113树脂对萃取液中的重金属离子具有良好的分离性能,可以用于污泥萃取液中重金属的分离回收。论文还对聚天冬氨酸对污泥中重金属的萃取机理进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 Taopu sewage sludge from Shanghai Taopu Municipal Sewage Plant was applied in this study. As an environmental benign chelating agent, poly-aspartic acid (PASP) was used to separate and remove the heavy metals from the sewage sludge based on chemical extraction technology.In the first part, the extraction process of heavy metals from sewage sludge with PASP has been studied. According to the analysis results of the characteristics of Taopu sewage sludge, a series of experiments were designed for the separation of heavy metals from the sewage sludge. Under different condiditions, the extraction processes were carried out. The effect of pH, the concentration of PASP, dip time, shake time and the addition of hydrogen peroxide were discussed. The results showed that PASP can efficiently extract Zn, Ni, Cu, Cd and Cr under the optimal experiment condition. The possible extraction mechanism of PASP was also discussed in this paper. It is indicated that PASP, as one kind of environmental benign compound, may play an important role in the green separation process of heavy metals from sewage sludge.With commercial cation exchange resin D113, the separation of heavy metals from the leaching solution of the sewage sludge was studied in the next part. Different condiditions, such as contacting time, the amount of resin and pH, were desigened for the investigation of the separation of heavy metals. The optimal experiment condition was obtained. The results indicated that resin D113 can efficiently separate heavy metals of the leaching solution.
