【摘要】 近代中国民族工业发展取得长足进步,无锡荣氏企业是其中最大的民族资本企业,在面粉、棉纺两大行业中居于首位。考察其发展历程,荣氏大力开展的企业职工教育是主要原因之一。本文采用历史学的实证方法,结合人力资本理论和教育经济学相关理论,对荣氏企业职工教育与企业发展做了较为全面的考察。荣氏面对企业发展所需近代新式人才缺乏问题,结合企业发展需要与社会实际情况,灵活采用各级各类学校、养成所、留学考察等形式,开展职业技术、管理与文化等各方面的教育,为企业发展提供从劳动后备力量到技术与管理等不同层次人才,有效提升了企业技术、管理水平与企业职工的素质,推动企业在激烈竞争中高速发展,不断扩大规模,取得了显著经济效益与社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern Chinese National Entrepreneurs has made great progress and among them Rong’s enterprise holdings limited is the biggest national capitalist enterprise.It ranks foremost among flour and cotton spinning industry. Looking upon its development history,Employee’s education carried out by Rong’s is one of major reasons.This article studys Rong’s employee’s education and enterprise developmentin detail by adopting the empirical method of history,human capital theory and the theory of economics of education,Facing the lack of new talent who are needed in enterprise development, Yongs carried out technical, managerial and culture education in form of flexible usage of schools at all levels, overseastudy and inpection basedon enterprise development needs and actual social situation. Thus, it provides enterprise development reserve forces fromlabor, management to technical personnel at different levels to effectively enhance the business technology, management level and quality of enterprise employees, By accelerating enterprise’s high-speed development and enlarging scale continuously, Rong’s enterprise holdings limited made great performance in social and economic benefits.更多还原
