心型脂肪酸结合蛋白在急性冠脉综合征中的研究进展

【摘要】 【摘要】急性冠脉综合征(ACS)已成为严重危害人类健康的重要致死病因,它的早期预测及预防其进展,对它的发生率,致残率,病死率的降低和预后的改善具有重要的意义。而一个灵敏又特异的心肌损伤标志物的异常变化是作为诊断冠心病急性发病的必要条件,发病早期它的变化能及时快速诊断,及时进入快速治疗通道,则是降低病死率和改善预后的关键。心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)作为心肌损伤标志物,分子量小,且具有较高的心肌特异性,较传统的肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌蛋白I(cTnT)、肌钙蛋白T(cTNI)、肌红蛋白(MYO)等心肌标志物而言,对于诊断早期急性冠脉综合征更具有较高的敏感性和良好的特异性,更适合于临床急性冠脉综合征的早期诊断,对于心肌损伤诊断的准确性和及时性都会有极大的提高。若能将心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)与传统的肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnT)、肌钙蛋白T(cTNI)、肌红蛋白(MYO)联系应用,则将对于挽救急性冠脉综合征患者有一定的临床意义。
【Abstract】 【Abstract】Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS) is a major reason of causing death tohuman.To early calculate and prevent the rate of progress is important to cut down theproportion of deformity and death.A sensitive and specific markers of myocardial injuryin coronary heart disease diagnosis abnormal changes as acute onset of necessaryconditions, early onset it changes can be rapid diagnosis, timely access to the rapidtreatment of channel, it is to reduce the mortality and improve the prognosis ofcritical.Heart-type fatty acid-binding protein(H-FABP) that is a test to detect myocardialdamage with Small molecular weight and higher specificity of myocardium havemore sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of early ACS,Compared with the traditional,creatine kinase isoenzymes of creatine kinase, cardiac troponin I, troponin T, myoglobinand cardiac markers,it may has great potential as an excellent biochemical cardiacmarker for diagnosis of ACS in early phase,and improve the level of the preciseness andseasonable in diagnosis myocardial injury.If the heart-type fatty acid binding proteinand traditional, creatine kinase isoenzymes of creatine kinase, cardiac troponin I,troponin T, myoglobin contact applications, will be to save the patients with acutecoronary syndrome have some clinical significance.
