【摘要】 主观幸福感是指个体对于整体生活质量的判断。用另外一种说法就是，主观幸福感是指个体对于生活的喜爱程度。而个体的主观幸福感本身也包含一些特点和结构。而且在心理学体系中，很早就开始存在主观幸福感的研究。在这样复杂的研究领域中影响它的因素多种多样。在当今社会中，主观幸福感已经成为一种热点议题，受到很多专家、学者的关注，而且逐渐形成研究体系。因为人们的主观幸福感随着社会的不断发展反而呈现下降的趋势，影响人们幸福感的因素在不断的增多，工作压力，环境变化，人际关系，生活理念，等等。那么怎样提升人们的主观幸福感和如何提升，成为我要研究的关键所在。本文首先概述了主观幸福感的相关概念，分析了它的定义、结构、和影响因素。然后概述了音乐审美学的相关概念，重点包括音乐美学中的音乐欣赏对于构建审美心理结构的作用。最后，本文也涉及到音乐心理学和音乐社会学等等中的内容，由以上这些内容创新出提升人的主观幸福感的新角度。尝试从音乐的角度发掘出提升人们主观幸福感的新方法。本文研究的主要特点在于，从音乐的角度：包括音乐审美，音乐心理，音乐社会学等内容中提取出新的论点，将它们和主观幸福感的研究内容向结合，从而找到提升主观幸福感的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subjective well-being is refers to the overall quality of life for individual judgment. In another words，subjective well-being means for the love of individual life level. And individual subjective well-being itselfalso contains some characteristics and structure. And， as a part of the system of social psychology ofsubjective well-being is concerned， and affected by many complicated factors influence.In today’s society， subjective well-being has become a hot issue， by many experts， scholars’attention， and gradually formed a research systems. Because people’s subjective well-being with thecontinuous development of society but the trend downward， the influence of the factors in peoplehappiness unceasingly increasing， working pressure， the environment changes， interpersonalrelationships， life philosophy， and so on. So how to promote people’s subjective well-being and how toascend， as I want to study the key to be.This paper first Outlines subjective well-being related concepts， analyses its definition， structure，and influencing factors. Then summarize the relevant concepts of music aesthetics， highlights include themusic aesthetics， the music appreciation to the construction of the aesthetic psychological structure of therole. At last， this paper also involves music psychology and music sociology， etc. Of the content by theabove these content innovation out improve people’s subjective well-being new Angle. From the point ofview of the music attempt to promote people’s subjective well-being unearthed the new method.This paper studies the main features， from the point of view of music: including music aesthetic，music psychology， music content such as sociology extract new argument， will they and subjectivewell-being to combined with the research contents， and find new ways of ascension subjective well-being.更多还原
