【摘要】 高等职业技术教育是培养高级实践应用型人才的教育,属于高等教育的范畴,是职业技术教育的高等层次,它是以学习某一职业技能,是一种特殊类型的高等教育。高校田径课成为体育教育课的重要内容之一,是随着学校体育的发展而不断完善,不仅在丰富校园文化生活、实现学生的全面素质教育、促进我国田径运动的普及和提高发挥着与日俱增的作用,而且作为学校体育教育课的一个子系统,其魅力与地位越来越受到各高职院校的重视。通过对山西省18所高职院校田径教学课的现状调查,结果显示：(1)山西省高职院校的体育教师的年龄结构比较合理；具有高级职称的教师所占比例偏低；硕士学历所占比例逐年增加；教师对学校田径器材满意度不高；(2)在田径教学目标上注重培养学生学生身心和社会适应的全面健康发展,但在田径教学大纲的实施上存在一定的不足；执行教案的情况不尽如人意,存在着应付检查的情况;(3)教师主要依据教材、自身喜好或者擅长的田径运动项目及教学经验来组织田径教学内容,缺乏根据育人目标大胆创新,来灵活设计田径教学内容；教学方法单一；课评价方式以学生的达标成绩为主；(4)学生对田径教学课兴趣度不高,在课堂上的主体性及掌握田田径技能动作上有待进一步提高。对结论加以分析研究,特提出以下几点建议：(1)山西省高职院校的体育教师应积极的更新自我的田径教学观念；今后在田径教学课上充分发挥教师主导性和学生主动性相结合的教学模式,以促进学生学习田径课的积极性；(2)体育教师应该多方面积极摄取最新的田径知识,不断学习和探索田径教学的新方法,哪怕是一些极其细小的变化体育教师都应当做到及时了解,并在今后的田径教学中加以运用;(3)由西省高职院校的体育教师应该积极的教师改变原有单一、陈旧的教学模式,建立适合自身学校田径发展的多样化教学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vocational technology education is to cultivate advanced practice application talents of education, higher education belongs to the category of vocational and technical education is the higher levels, it is a learning vocational skills, is a special type of higher education. University of track and field course become one of the important contents of sports educational curricula, along with the development of the school sports and constantly improve, not only in the rich campus cultural life and realize students’ comprehensive quality education, promote the popularization of the track and field sports in our country and improve plays a growing role, but also as a school sports educational curricula of a subsystem, and its allure and position more and more get the attention of the higher vocational colleges.In Shanxi Province through18vocational colleges basketball option class present situation investigation, the results showed that:(1) the higher vocational college physical education teachers in Shanxi Province of the age structure more reasonable; The teacher has a senior professional title the proportion is low; Master degree in proportion of increased year by year; The teacher to school track and field equipment satisfaction is not high.(2) in the track and field teaching target pay attention to training students’ physical and psychological and social adaptation all-round development, but in track and field teaching outline on the implementation of the existence of certain disadvantages; Implementation of the teaching plans not satisfactory, there exist to cope with a check.(3) teachers teaching material, the main basis of oneself be fond of, or good at track and field item and teaching experience to organize the track and field teaching content, lack of according to educational target bold innovation, flexibility to track and field teaching design content; The teaching method of a single; Class to students’ evaluation method, standard grades give priority to.(4) students interested in degrees of track and field show-and-tell is not high, in the classroom, the subjectivity of the track and field and master skill to be further improve on. The analysis on the conclusion, specially put forward the following Suggestions:(1) the higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province of the physical education teachers should actively update of self track and field teaching idea; In track and field in full teachers play on show-and-tell leading and students initiative with the combination of teaching mode, in order to promote students’ learning the enthusiasm of track and field course.(2) sports instructors should absorb the latest track and field many positive knowledge, and continuously learn and explore new ways of track and field teaching, even some extremely small changes sports teachers to be do understand promptly, and in the future to make use of the track and field teaching.(3) the higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province physical education teachers should be actively teachers to change the original single, old educational model, establishing the suitable for their own school track and field development of the variety of teaching mode.更多还原
