【摘要】 无论从煤炭储量、销量还是产量方而,山西省都位于我国的前列,为我国的社会主义经济建设做出了卓越的贡献。长期以来,山西的煤炭市场上存在着大量的小煤矿,这些小煤矿由于资金缺乏、技术装备水平落后,不但造成了煤炭资源的大量浪费,而且也导致了山西省煤炭市场的无序竞争、环境污染、煤炭事故的频繁发生,在相当大的程度上影响了山西省经济的健康发展。因此,山西省政府大刀阔斧地进行了煤炭资源整合,淘汰了一批煤炭产量过低的小煤矿,将煤矿数量由2005年的4389座减少到2010年的1053座。这次煤炭资源整合的意义重大,不仅有利于提高山西省煤炭产业的市场集中度,提高煤炭产业的竞争力,而且也为其他煤炭资源省市的煤炭产业发展提供了宝贵的经验。本文首先阐述了SCP范式和一体化的基本内容,接着,运用SCP范式分析了山西省的煤炭产业。通过分析可以看出,山西省煤炭产业的市场集中度有了明显的提高。本文研究的重点是煤炭产业的市场行为,笔者主要从定价行为、一体化行为、合作行为、技术创新、体制创新以及建立煤炭期货交易所等方面进行了经验的总结和创新,在此基础上,分析了煤炭企业的市场绩效的变化,得出山西省煤炭资源的利用率进一步提高、煤矿的安全情况好转、煤炭产业的利润率也有很大提高、很大程度上改变了煤炭资源整合前的状况的结论,这也是本文的落脚点。本文最后也指出了山西省煤炭资源整合后存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regardless of coal reserves, sales or productions, Shanxi Province is located in the forefront of our country, and has made outstanding contributions to China’s socialist economic construction. A long time, there are a lot of small coal mines in Shanxi coal market.Due to lacking of funds, the low technology equipment level, these small coal mines not only caused a lot of waste of coal resources, but also led to the disorderly competition of the Shanxi coal market, the environment pollution, coal accidents occurring frequently, and affected the healthy economic development of Shanxi Province to a large extent. Therefore, the Shanxi government to take drastic measures to the integrate coal resources, and obsolete many small coal mines with low coal productions, and the number of coal mines decrease from4389in2005to1053in2010. The integration of coal resources is of great significance. It not only is in favor of improving the market concentration of the coal industry in Shanxi Province, and improving the competitiveness of the coal industry, but also provides valuable experiences for coal industry development in other coal resources provinces and cities.This paper first describes the basic content of the SCP and integration, then, analyses the coal industry by SCP in Shanxi Province. It can be seen that the market concentration of the coal industry in Shanxi Province has been noticeably improved. The focus of this study is the market behavior of the coal industry. The author mainly summarizes the experiences and makes innovations from pricing behavior, the integration behavior, cooperative behavior, technological innovation, institutional innovation and the establishment of coal futures trading market.The author analyses the changes of the market performance of the coal enterprises on this basis and draws the conclusion that the utilization of coal resources improves further, coal mine safety situation improves, the profit margins of the coal industry has greatly improved, and largely changed the situation before the integration of coal resources. This is also the end result. This article also points out the problems after the integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province.更多还原
