低碳经济视角的产业生态化研究

【摘要】 工业文明不仅给经济带来了迅速发展,也带来了严重的资源浪费以及环境污染,远远超出了地球的承载能力,人类发展遇到了前所未有的障碍,工业革命带来的一系列负面效应引起了人类的思考,可持续发展便应运而生了。20世纪90年代,随着可持续发展战略在世界范围内的普遍实施,产业的生态化发展在发达国家渐成潮流,从宏观层次的国家产业发展战略的选择、管理立法,中观层次的区域产业园区的建设、布局,到微观层面的企业生产技术改造和实施清洁生产的实践,生态化始终是贯穿其中的主线。产业生态化在我国的发展较为薄弱,与世界发达国家相比还有很大的差距。而且根据我国的国情,在相当长时期内,第三产业比重不能像发达国家那样达到占GDP的70%一80%的比例,第二产业特别是工业仍是发展的关键。全球变暖日益严重,温室气体减排成为全人类发展的责任和共识,低碳经济亦成为全世界普遍关注的热点和必然选择。产业结构不合理,资源的不合理利用以及浪费等都会破坏环境的可持续性。低碳经济的发展模式要求经济健康发展同时减少对环境的破坏,即要求实现产业生态化。全文共五章。第一章为导论,主要阐述了低碳经济视角下产业生态化研究的选题背景,研究意义,相关文献综述以及研究方法和创新点,并根据文章的写作思路描绘了研究的思路和框架。第二章为全文的理论基础,回顾了产业生态学,循环经济理论,脱钩理论,环境库兹涅茨理论等。第三章主要对我国产业生态化的现状进行分析,包括现状,产业生态化的特点、必要性,主要影响因素等内容。第四章在指标体系构建原则的基础上建立指标评价体系,对所列指标进行解释。第五章是对产业生态化水平进行分析,阐述了主成分分析法的计算原理和步骤,选取39个工业产业运用SPSS软件进行数据分析,构建主成分综合模型,计算得出个各产业的生态化水平并进行原因分析。
【Abstract】 Industrial civilization not only bring quickly growing to economy, but also serious waste of resources and environmental pollution, which far beyond the carrying capacity of the earth. The development of human has encountered hitherto unknown obstacles. The industrial revolution brought a series of negative effect, which caused human thinking,and sustainable development emerge as the times require. Since the1990s, with the strategy of sustainable development implemented universally within the world, industrial ecologicalization development more and more popular in developed countries. From the choice of national industry development strategy, management legislation of the macroscopical level, construction, layout of regional industrial park of the middle level to production technology and implementation of clean production of microcosmic level ecology is always one of the main line.Ecological industry development in our country is relatively weak, compared with the developed countries there is still a big gap. And according to the situation of our country,inside quite a long period, the proportion of the third industry will not come to70%to80%as developed countries,and the second industry especially the industry still is the key to the development.With the increasingly global warming, greenhouse gas emission reduction has become the responsibility and consensus of completed mankind development. Low-carbon economy has become the focus of attention and inevitable choice of the whole world. Unreasonable Industrial structure, irrational use of resources and waste will damage the environment sustainability. Low carbon economy development mode requires the healthy development of the economy and reduce damage to the environment, which requires the realization of ecological industry. This article set out from the perspective of low carbon economy, based on low carbon economy and industrial ecology theory, analysis of the affecting factors of ecological industry and constructs the evaluation index system of ecological industry, collection, collation data and analyze the ecological industrialization level of our country, the development status of ecological industry, identify the cause of the development problem.There are five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, mainly elaborated the background of industry ecology from the perspective low-carbon economy, significance, relevant literature review, research methods and innovation, and fully analyze and describe the conceptual framework for the study. The second chapter is the theoretical basis, review of industrial ecology, circular economy theory, the theory of decoupling, Kuznets environment theory. The third chapter analyse the present situation of Chinese industry ecology, including the current status of industrial ecology, characteristics, necessity, main influence factors and other content. In the fourth chapter, on the basis of the principles, construct evaluation index system and interpretate the listed index. The fifth chapter analyse the level of industry ecology. Descript the method and step of principal component analysis, Selects39industries and use SPSS software to handle data, construct the principal component synthesis model, calculated the level and analyse the reasons.
